Love this place on a Saturday afternoon. Live music, usually a guitar and a throwback to the 70s, very personal. The staff does a good job considering how busy it gets. The wait usually isnt long. They make some great stouts/porters/seasonal beers. My only upgrade would be parking- it is on the grounds of Linganore Winery which gets busy with large groups and weddings; when it is raining or has rained the lot is muddy/full of puddles- as long as you dress for it you are fine. They have a few food offerings but also allow you to bring your own. I have been several times and still often do the flight so I can have some of each of my favorites. You can get some of their beers locally as well (canned).

By far the best local beer around! (Dispite what Gregory B. says. Clearly doesnt know what hes talking about.) I recomend it to all my customers and friends and it consistently out sells all the local beers. I work in the industry and go to many trade shows every year tring a lot of beer and theirs is some of the best. My personal favorite is the Lunatic or the Honey Bourbon but they have a little something for everyone. If you go to the tasting room feel free to bring everyone as they even have wine for non beer fans and have water bowls for your fellow furry friends. Most of the staff here are great too.

Excellent beer, particularly their stouts and porters. They had a nitro oatmeal stout, a vanilla porter and a coconut porter on tap when I visited, all were very good. Also had a nice habenero IPA and their blackberry cider was literally the first cider Ive ever enjoyed. Not sweet, but not dry either, not sure how to describe it other than that I liked it. $10/6 pour craft your own flight is a good deal. Pints were generally $5 or $6 I think. Service was friendly, the property was gorgeous, inside and out. Tons of land and tables for picnics on a nice day. Look forward to returning.

Great location and space. relatively poor service and mediocre beer. If youre looking to just hang out and listen to live music and have sub-par beer, this is a great place to do it. But if you want beer thats more than one step above your average homebrewers capabilities, Id look elsewhere for your beer experience.

I find their beer to be great! I particularly enjoy the stouts and Red Ale. You can also buy keg beer for your home.
