I regret that I lived in South Bend for five years and never visited this wonderful museum. Now that Im back for a visit, Im really glad to have made it a priority to visit. Its mainly a shrine to the heyday of the Studebaker Corporation, but it also has a collection of other artifacts of local interest. Im not a car buff by any means, but I was still fascinated by the lineup of old vehicles, the great majority of which are restored or well preserved. Definitely worth the cost of admission, which dor a student is $7. I took my time and got through the museum in about one hour and 45 minutes.
