TERRIBLE CONSISTENCY, PRICING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went to see a movie this past weekend, imagine that. I had checked the movie time online the night previously, and again the afternoon of, which said 4:55. On the drive i downloaded the regal cinema app to get my loyalty card points. We arrive and my boyfriend notices the movie we are seeing was not on the display board. So i check the fancy new app i have - time said 4:40. Well its now 4:43 (we arrived in time for the previously thought 4:55 time). We assumed the movie (or half an hour of pointless previews) had begun so they had removed it from the ticker board and he goes ahead to purchase popcorn while i get tickets and save time. The employee at the counter notifies me that a projector is broken and they are not showing that particular movie that day. So i rush to cancel the purchase of the overly priced concessions, to which the transaction was already complete, and the employee there just stared at us. She finally asked what movie it was and confirmed that there indeed was a broken projector and that the movie was not playing. I mentioned a refund of the items twice to which i got no reply. Needless to say i enjoyed my popcorn in the comfort of my own home with my own movie and will not be returning to this particular theater.

Expensive. $30 for two tickets, come on... I couldve gone somewhere else, and will in the future. Arcade is insanely small AND overpriced. More than regular at-the-movies expensive crap. Wouldnt go to the concession stand. Guess Im too cheap for all that. They never turned the lights all the way down in the auditorium and it felt like an ancient theater. The screen needs to be better lit, at $15 a pop for a ticket, they can probably afford to brighten the bulbs on the projectors, or replace them if theyre that old. Overall, it was OK. Id rather go to a different theater or stay home.

I go here a ton, however recently it has been filthy and the staff are all young and I stand there in front of the counter to get popcorn for a good few minutes before anyone offers to help me. They stand there and talk to each other and they see me but dont want to help me. Really sad that the service and cleanliness of the place has gone down so much. My debit card and regal crown card were placed on the counter and when I picked them up they were sticky and gross.

The movie was great, went to go see a rated a R movie. Along with 10 other people. Mainly black boys and the "Sheriff" stopped only my group to give us a speech before the movie. My main problem is that he only stopped to other ten people i was with after they allowed me and my friend went in. This is terrible and i wont ever want to go back to this theater again due to the discrimination of children.

My all time favorite place to go! I am a regal crown club member, and I go so often. The best popcorn and best soda. The only thing I would say bothers me sometimes is this theater dosnt play all the new movies. New albany theater plays a lot more movies. That may be because this theater is a smaller one, but its always my first choice! Staff has always been awesome!

Discriminatory searching womens handbags. Overpriced refreshments. Will not go back. Its the male 16-35 with antisocial, paranoid schizophrenia behavior or drug dealers that should be of concern not women in their 50s. Not one male was searched or questioned. Using police to give a sense if security when you are scrutinizing the wrong people.

While gping to the movies is expensive, this is clean and everyone is mice. I appreciate the little security checks as its a sad commentary of conditions today. Management is responsive to any concerns. Ive been going for years. Stay home if its too expensive as its comparable to other theaters. Popcorn is fresh made which is noce.

Moses and drew add to the expereience. i like the eroticness of jonah. Jonas make my icee very eliciouso that It lowers the stage of my sever autism!!

Theatre is clean, lots of screens so lots of viewing times. Average theatre prices for tickets. Food and beverages are high as to be expected at a theatre. Not the best Ive been to, but very far from the worst. A great movie going experience in a convenient location.

This place is incredibly expensive and a waste of money I could have gone and saw this movie at home and spent less than half. I cant believe the prices they charge and have the nerve to tell me their competitive. A quick phone call revealed I paid way to much.

Movies and food are to expensive and they dont care. For two people to watch a movie is over $30 and the food and drinks was over $20 so almost $60. I now try to wait until they come out on Dish or my Fire Stick. And pay less than $7

I had a great time. The employees were very friendly, there was a police officer there, who also was very friendly. The seats were extremely comfortable, and the restrooms and theater itself was very clean.

Incredibly understaffed. Many times only one person running both tickets and concessions. if time allows for it I usually drive to tinsletown for a much better movie experience.

Early in on a Friday evening with no wait. Seating was conformable, sound was very good and you could see the screen from any seat. I will be back again.

An excellent spot to check out first run movies. They have clean and well maintained stadium facility. Ive never found any sticky floors here.

This is my go-to theater. Always clean. The seating is stadium style, so there is no blocked view. Also, the arm rests raid up for cuddling.
