Dont ever buy anything from these people. If you did hope that it never goes bad. I sent back a ballast for warranty over a month ago and Im stilll waitng it to be replace. I have sernt numerous emails and made significant calls with no reply. The couple of times I actually got someone on the phone I had to beg for their help to get my part fix or replace. Even after they aprove the replacement they claim they didnt have the part in stock and would have to be ordered, Finally they confirm they were sending the part two weeks ago but I am still waiting for the part to arrive. Needless to say that if I had not bought a backup ballast my corals would have been dead by now.

I placed an order and its been a week now and Im still waiting on a tracking number. I called a bunch of times and got the run around about drop shipping ect. They seem to be selling things that are never in stock. They take your money and then shop around and try to get it shipped. This is the second order, the first one I placed I had to call and got a run-around that time but at least the item was shipped within a couple of days. Stay away. Order from someone more reputable. I dont know if they disconnected their phone but as of today it no longer works. I will be placing a call to Amex

On the website it Specifically states : * Our Certificates do not expire. Lies. Tried to use my $100 Gift Card didnt work so I made a ticket on the website. I log in the next day it says you never created a ticket. Ok maybe I didnt submit it. So i Created another ticket after 4 tickets being deleted. I called them They said they would look it up and see why its not working. 1 week latter and 5 phone calls NOTHING horrible company

Have ordered and received both small ticket and large ticket items from them over the past month. I am local, so I order to pickup. I make the order, and then call an hour later, and give them an estimated time that I will be arriving. They always have the order ready to go, and everyone from the person who answers the phone to the person who hands me my order (and helps me take it to my car) have been fantastic.

They used to be an alright place to order from . As of lately they sell things that are never in stock. Items say in stock but then they drop ship them. So it takes longer then normal to get. Really starting to piss me off. Shipping is sorta jacked I get some thing in 2 business days and some cone in over 5 to 7 .
