One of the worst places Ive ever been and I advise all my Black & Hispanic brothers and sister NOT to be a patriot to this establishment. On Tuesday, April 26, 2016 I went to this bowling alley for the first time in my life. After paying for a couple games and shoes my guests and I proceeded to the lane(31) that we were assigned. We notice there were some technical difficulties with the lane before even bowling one time so I went to the counter where I just paid my money and asked the "young" lady if we could be moved to lane 30 because there are some issue with the lane you gave us. Little did I know once you have paid, all customer service goes down the drain. She was rude, inconsiderate, and never acknowledge my presents after sitting at the countertop for almost 5 minutes and asking several times if we have been moved to lane 30. The whole time she pretty much ignored me until I asked for a refund and that really got her attention because she was ecstatic to tell me that they dont give refunds and I told her we never bowled one time. She proceeded to call security because I advised her I will definitely get a refund. The security guard who is, from his words an off duty police officer initially approached me in a kind of aggressive manner. But once we talked and I expressed my concerns, I guess from my verbiage he could tell even though I am Black, Im not there usually demographic and/or stereotypical black customer. Him and I talk for several minutes and he seems like a good person and tried to resolve the issue, but didnt stick to his word at all. I was promised a refund or some free tickets for my guest to return at another time, which neither I received. Though me not getting any compensation for the horrible and rude service was not his doing but steemed from the Owner and Management. The assistant manager was present and never came to me to address the issue rather he sat their and continue to bowl. Conclusion There poor customer service steems from ownership. They dont care or not even concern about the patriots that put money in there pockets, mainly because the core demographic is Black & Hispanic. But I do know this Black Man isnt doing it anymore.

For the last two or three months I have been going bowling here every Thursday. It makes my week better. The nice man behind the counter is sweet and he knows his customers. By the third week he remembered us saying our shoe size and the total amount we pay. The older lady in the bar she always card me, but she also has great customer service . Great place and environment. If I could give it more stars I would. Man and the security guards they are always on the move keeping it safe. I should know all of their names by now, but I dont. Maybe I will learn them next week.

Last time i went here it was great. I love the atmosphere there. Customer service isnt much friendly i love the music. And keep your distance from certain people only communicate with those who you came with cause certain people can get a little ignorant at times especially if you give them the attention they seek.

Nice hood place inside.... Last night my car got broken into, window was buss out. They say they only have cameras in front of building. No camera in back of building. Funny cause only about 15 cars can park in front. Everyone Park in back of building. DOLTON police took 20mins just to come to make a report.

This is your conventional bowling alley. They have flat prices and their concession prices are not bad. Is this this the most eye appealing bowling alley with the greatest equipment? Not really, but its still a good bowl for your moneys worth. Id still recommend if youre in the area.

WORST BOWLING ALLEY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! There was a minor mistake and they brung a RUDE security to address the problem and it wasnt even NEEDED for a security to come . A RUDE one at that. I advise that people DO NOT COME HERE.

went there on Saturday and they had mold coming out of the pop machine. The guy changed it and it was still mold coming out of the machine. No refund was offered.

Great Place to bowl. Fun atmosphere; they play great music and not just hip-hop. The owner really cares about his patrons and it shows.
