On Mothers Day, I purchased tickets for my mother and I for the Centre Stage Comedy show. My mother and I arrived early time, and were the first people to sit in our assigned seats. 30 or more minutes into the show, some late arrival showed up, and apparently some people were in the wrong seats. So at least 2 ushers and guests came down the aisle to address the issue, which happened to involve the seat next to me. The ushers stood right in front of my mother and I for 10 minutes, talking loudly and obstructing our view. The woman usher appeared to be,quickly addressing the issue, but then one of the male ushers came up up the aisle after her, and demanded at my mother and I get out of our seats, flashing another guests paper tickets at me, which for seats in the row behind us, 3EE, we were assigned to 306 and 307 DD. When I brought this to his attention he just walked away with the other guest without any type of apology. As he walked away, I tapped his arm to get his attention and to ask for an apology. He marched back up to me with his fist balled up at his sides, and started yelling at me in front of the whole row for touching him. I told him I that I was just trying to get his attention and requested an apology for his rude behavior and for blocking our view of the shoe for well over 20 minutes. After he stopped barking, he just shrugged and told me it was just a mistake and that none of it was a big deal, while I sat there flabbergasted. I had been enjoying the show up to this point. Its a shame that one cant patronize neighborhood businesses on the South Side without having experiences like this. I will think long and hard before I frequent this venue again.

I am handicapped and I had a horrible time arie crown theater, you have only 1 elevator in the whole theater , you can't place people in the right seats, your rows going to ur seats r way too small to get through. you have no railings where the stairs are , I was embarrassed because I was going down the stairs because I'm handicapped and I was tired and ,all I wanted was a wheelchair in a bring me a medic,and I thought I wanted because 1 of the employees said it'll be quicker to get a wheelchair, night although I do wanna go to the hospital, they pulled my sister's fiance aside and told us we should get her homework for coming to theater, the whole time I was sitting on the ground I felt like a freak show because the other employees were just sitting there staring at me, while they were waiting for a wheelchair for me to get into , apparently are you guys got is like 3 wheelchairs what the heck's up with that , just to let you know I'm never coming back there ever ever again !!

Ive been going to the Arie Crown for years and Ive never hesitated to go there for any show. They now have new owners and the process to get in is ridiculous. It took forever to get in and the process to leave was HORRIBLE. It took me 50 minutes to leave the venue. They used to charge for parking before you entered which expedited the process of leaving. OMG! People were leaving their cars because they forgot to pay and they had cash. There was no one to assist and it took forever. I guess this is another venue I wont go to again. Pissed!

Cost to park here. Maybe $20. I lose my car each time. In heels? Be prepared for a long walk from the garage to the theater. Lines are not organized here. Line to get drinks.

The venue is nice , but the cushions for the seating could be updated . For the ladies dont wear a very high heel shoe the walk from the parking garage is long and steep.
