Terrible experience. They dont allow golf carts in the parking lot and no one assists with carrying your bags. The driving range (which was included in the price) had only 6 spots available was full and looked a mess. The marshals were hounds that enforced grouping and made players that didnt want to play with us to wait on us, even with no one behind us ever, even when we stopped and ate after the front 9. Even when told this they just said they would start rushing the groups behind us. The tee boxes were a mess, even with rain they should have been shifted and looked days worn out. The experience was so bad we left after 13 got tired of the marshals hounding us. For the price I expected better service. At similar prices at Mistwood my bags were carried, clubs cleaned after playing, driving range pristine, and nobody bothered us about grouping on a weekend. I talked with management about the experience and they apologized, but didnt offer and type of compensation. I wouldnt play there again and definitely wont recommend it.

This review is of the driving range/practice facilities. They have good, quality, grass tees to hit off of, better than some offered in the area. There is also a short game practice area including a chipping/sand shot green, plus a few small hole setups where you can practice shots within 100 yards, and a separate putting green. The only complaint that I have about the range is that its difficult to ascertain exactly how far youre hitting each club. There are target flags setup but no yardages given. Ive taken my range finder out to help, but because the driving range is so open, from a perspective its difficult to see how far relative to the flag your shot ends up.

The building is very nice and so is the receptionist she was and older lady. Wanted to rent a room for a baby shower and expected to be shown around the building or at least to the room that I wanted to rent, the lady that was over the reservations to do that..... just came out said that she didnt have our date, that it was booked really far out gave us a brochure and that was it! I will never go back do to that because was what one would say "Nice Nasty".

Start of with saying its a nice course and the young adults they have working there are very friendly. With that said its not worth the price as you can play at much nicer courses for same or less. The old ranger is a complete ass and for that reason are whole group of 4 will never be back. Took 4hr 30 minutes to play 12 holes and we called it a day. Better options out there for golf.

All employees were extremely rude. They allow "member" fivesomes to go out making a round last entirely too long. After playing an incredibly slow front 9 being behind a member fivesome we asked the ranger at the turn what the deal was. He proceeded to raise his voice at us and say the course is playing at 5 and a half hours. Insane...thats YOUR fault Bollingbrook.

One of my good friends lives out this way and we play at least three times a year. This course treats us well when we have the time and tee time is available. Overall the course is nice, well kept and some challenging holes, personally only giving a four for the drive.

Great course, nice layout. Well maintained sand traps and greens. I play weekday twi otherwise very pricey. The clubhouse is spectacular. The practice area is second to none. Trees need to grow in a little more to make the course complete. Maybe add a few more trees.

I used to play there all the time and liked it, although not a mature course. This past year the rates were raised to a price thats makes it not worth the money. Spend your $130 prime time green fee over at cog hill and play 2 full rounds for the same price

I recently had a retirement celebration at this location. The venue was great, however, the customer service was terrible. There are tons of venues in the area, save yourself the headache and go somewhere your money will be appreciated.
