I have never been so disappointed in a birthday party for my brother. We arrive at 1 for the birthday party we also have to handicap relatives needing ramp excess. We have to go in to ask where the ramp is, when we go all the way to the side door the door is locked. We then have to come back in to get them to unlock the door. We are concise red late for our party. So many technical issues the lanes stopped working gave wrong numbers we were the ones to blame. The customer service is rude and gave us attitude when asking to fix the issue. We are on a timed birthday party in which after every player we have to stop and reset it taking away from our party. When asked to give more time he said he would credit is 15 mins but would have to move us to other lanes. Asked for a partial refund bc of the inconvinence and was told because we were late we dont get one. This place is a joke. Ive never been so diappointed.

My family and I are staying here for a get away weekend and wanted some late night fun so we decided on bowling. We first went to the Super Bowl in Erlanger but walked right out. We then came here and there were plenty of lanes open and the prices were really good plus free show rentals. The beer was cold and had a good variety of alcohol. I would definitely recommend this place and come again.

this place is awesome... it is a little "old school" you have to put in your own score... unlike most modern bowling alleys which automatically do it for you!! You get a refund on the shoes and the people there are friendly... it is NOT smoke free and you can smoke anywhere which is good if your a smoker and bad if smoke bothers you!!!

The staff is excellent, the beer is cold, and my kids love the bowling. the lanes are always open and working. The place as a whole is great, I have had my 6yr old and my 8yr olds Birthday parties there and my kids, there friends and family all had a blast...THANKS FLORENCE BOWL!!! SEE YA SOON

Amazing bowling ally, great place to hang out with friends. There is a variety of food and drinks to enjoy, 2 claw machines, and bowling balls for most hand sizes. Great atmosphere, and its only $1 to pick music to be played. Definitely would recommend.

Thank Florence Bowl we had a great time with the Birthday parties. The boys loved it!!! The electronic scoring is great and a lot easier to use than anywhere else we have been. WE WILL BE BACK FOR SURE Thanks!!

You get a lot of bowling time for not a lot of money. The place is relatively spacious and provides everyone with good, wholesome fun.

Tried to make a reservation, was told it was open bowl, then when we got there it was a tournament and they wouldnt let us in

Little old bowling ally tucked away in a residential area. Only downside is the lanes really show the age of the facility.

Shows age, inside and out. Everything works great though. No bumpers for kids, but ramps are available.
