Im honestly a little surprised at all the haters up in here. I mean, I dont often experience exclusive/upscale airline clubs, but my experience here today has made me feel 1000% better than I walked in. The shower was amazing and just what I needed after 24h of travel. The level of friendliness and courtesy I was given by the staff made me feel so welcomed and appreciated. I initially became aware of this place because they specifically mentioned they have accommodations for people with disabilities, which is actually pretty amazing for those of us in the disability community. They are wheelchair- , hearing-impaired- , and little-person friendly. My disabilities include PTSD, severe anxiety, and agoraphobia. Though they dont have designated accommodations for me, there are plenty of quiet little places I can hide out, and anything is better than the massively anxiety-inducing milieu that is Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. Tracy at the front desk is extremely helpful, professional, courteous, and friendly. Tiffany was a fantastic bartender and well worth any penny you tip her, so tip her well :) The rest of the staff clearly strives for excellence and I am very happy with how welcome and cared-for they made me feel, despite my obvious pyschiatric disabilities. Ive only been here a few hours, but I already feel like part of the family :)

I just wanted to share my experience from last week at "The Club" in Atlanta. To put it nicely, this place is total garbage. There seemed to be about 17 people working but no one was doing anything except the bartender, who was doing a pretty good job. I sat at the bar and was pretty disgusted with how the food comes out. They were grabbing plastic bags from the back filled with popcorn and various other stuff to refill the stations. Totally unprofessional - and when people are paying $40 to get in they should get better than that. Not to mention everyone is standing around and talking but I have no clue what they are doing. When I went to get food there were no plates (which I heard at least 5 more people have the same experience) and no cups. With all the staff there one would think that these would at least be stocked. There were a few measely snacks but it was overall unsanitary and gross. Honestly this place should have a management overhaul and you should be completely embarrassed. Not to mention ATL is my home airport and this is in the beautiful new international terminal and it makes my city look like disgusting. I would NEVER recommend coming in here - go lay down on a random floor instead of wasting your money in here. Definitely would go to the skyclub before this.

This lounge doesnt serve hot food; just grocery store bought unhealthful snacks. The layout is pretty awful too, with the snack area in a windowless cubby the size of a two car garage. Want to go to the restroom? Exit the club and take a right. Its not far, you wont miss it. The hot water dispenser has a white substance on the nozzle. The view of surrounding mountains, peppered with airplanes, highways and large storage units on the roof, is the only bearable feature of the afterthought of a club. Lastly, they close at 3:30 and rebrand themselves as the British Airways lounge. I think these reviews get deleted periodically because they are so low. Dont delete my review, please, at least it isnt one-star.

Never again at this "fast food of airport lounges". Clean enough. Basic snacks & a decent bar. It may be crowded depending on flight schedules -- many international flights arrive & depart around the same time. The biggest problem here is apathy from staff. From 7-8am on a Tuesday there were at any given time 4 or 5 people standing around goofing around, chatting, and messing with their phones. All I was trying to do was get a shower but they couldnt be bothered to clean them. I guess you get what you pay for here, which isnt much.

The whole lounge was generally unclean. Large items were tidied up off the tables, but every seat we sat in had a veneer of filth and grime. We found popcorn, lettuce, you name it between the cushions. Customer service was mostly non-existent. Food options were very limited. If you have another option for lounge access, I would advise using it instead of the Club at ATL.

Love this place. Its small. Its diverse. Its smokey. Its hidden. It also is the best place to go dance. Since the Phoenix City Club has declined in the past recent months, this is your only real option to dance and have fun in the highlands area. This drinks are cheap. The DJs are really cool. Lots of old school rap. Its a very good time whenever I go.

The lounge was ok. The only real complaint I have is its size. Its too small for the amount of costumers it serves. That makes it very crowded, with facilities that are entirely too small. I did like the baggage drop area. That was convenient. ATL just needs more Priority Pass lounges. Another one or two would take a big load off this ones back.

A little dated, with limited space, however, the bartenders Anthony and Steven were absolutely fantastic today. Steven checked on his customers and went out of his way to make sure everyone was comfortable. Kudos to them. Food is scarce, but he popcorn is quite nice. Mix the sea salt and pepper with the spices queso. Yummy.

Blows the doors off of the Delta SkyClubs - better beverage selections (open bar), food (soups, sandwiches, snacks), table service and much, much less crowded than the DL clubs. Its worth the trek to the International Terminal by subway train... truly an oasis at ATL! As a Diners Club member complementary access is icing on the cake!

I had a 10 hour stop over and this longe came recommended by a Delta staff only because I didnt have the requirements to use the Delta lounge. The staff here are very helpful, polite and pleasant. 8 hours passed very quickly and I enjoyed myself. Plenty to eat and drink. I will recommend anytime. Will visit again.

Seats are comfortable, there are plenty of snacks available and the bar is open for complimentary drinks. Great place to chill and relax. However, the bathroom space is limited based on the amount of people visiting this place. Also, the food presentation can improve (nearness of food area, clean counters, so on)

Its a little dated. Was not busy when I visited. Breakfast selection was pastries, whole fruits, and oatmeal cups. Lunch was veggie tray, pita chips with hummus, and cold pasta salads. Staff are friendly. Beats sitting out in general area. If you have lounge access then use, I would not pay for this lounge.
