Although the course itself is nice, it is not worth playing there due to the fact that most of the older people that work there are extremely arrogant and rude. With all the beautiful golf courses to choose from in the area, they must want to make sure it becomes private by being rude to players that are not residents. We will definitely never go back to that course again!

I played the course on Easter Sunday, while the Masters was recording at home. The employees were very cordial, including the starter, he went out of his way to make me feel like I had been a member for years (my first time playing the course). They have a great layout with 27 holes for you to choose from. By far one of my favorite public golf courses in Sarasota.

Course was in good condition when I played and was Ok overall but lacking in some amenities like golf carts with GPS, coffee at the clubhouse at 7:30 am, beverage cart on the course. The course is challenging with plenty of water and - if you get off the fairway - thick vegetation makes finding balls next to impossible. Hit it straight and not a problem.

Not sure what all the hype is about this course. Yes. It is is great shape, but extremely crowded. Tee time was delayed by 30 minutes. Longest round I think I ever had at 5 hours. Dont quite understand this b/c they have 27 holes. Also, got paired with another 2some against our will. Id say 1 and done for me. Lotsa other courses out there in the area.

My wife and I spend a week in Sarasota every year to play golf. This is our favorite course and the only one we would come back to every year. Courteous and knowledgeable personnel from the pro shop to the starter to the servers in the restaurant. Greens and fairways were in great shape. (Played 19-27 & 1-9). Well be back. 12/20/12.

Noticed that the only other review written was done in Nov 2005 and referenced a rude starter. I played this course in May 2009 and found the starter to be cordial and helpful...the course was in great shape and well managed. Try to play the original 18...they have three 9 hole tracts now.

Unbelievable! Just played this week and was blown away. Immaculate golf course that is challenging but fair. Greens are so pure and the layout is incredible. Only $40. Will be back, no doubt!

Another beautiful golf course in Sarasota. The fairways were like plush carpeting and the greens were in perfect condition. The par 3 over the water isnt as tough as it looks.

Amazing practice facilities complete with driving range, short game areas and large practice green. 27 holes with a great layout and in very good shape. Highly recommend
