Boscobel, where the golf is hell. The tee boxes are like bunkers, many missing the markers. Greens have random piles of sand everywhere and numerous divots. The restroom smells like my dead grandma- but it might have been the fat guy with the t-shirt and jeans that walked out right before me. Everybody that works in the pro shop are generally nice and the rates are fairly good. HOWEVER, if you see the old man with the reading glasses at the front desk, you might as well take a U turn right out of there. That man charges a different rate every time I walk in! Furthermore, he questions (regardless of your age) if you have your drivers license in order to drive a cart. What a dumbass! In conclusion, boscobel is where golf is hell!

Boscabel: where golf is hell. Boscabel goes down as one of the poorest courses in the upstate. From poor maintenance to slow pace the evidence is clear. Many of the tee boxes, like number 7, are practically sand bunkers (see pics). Other tee boxes, like 17, have one tee marker. The cart paths are extremely bumpy, covered in mud and poorly maintained. Even the fairways are hilly and covered with unfilled divots. If you are looking to go have a cheap Saturday with the boys, this might be a good option considering the rates (you get what you pay for). Dont be afraid to drag your friend on the ground and pour him a beer, its allowed (hole 8- see pics).

Great golf course, the best part are the wounderful people at the course was there for the Budweiser tournament had a great time.

They take care of their Golf course. Its a old course but u would not know it. AAA in my book.
