Costs $5 to enter if you plan to fish. $2 or $3 if you just want to walk out here, but theres no entry fee if you show your receipt from the restaurant. Pier can be a bit messy early in the morning from people who fish at night and leave their trash behind. The citys cleaning crew is out there early everyday cleaning up the mess. Staff doesnt enforce the 3 rod limit nor do they say anything if you fish before the yellow line. Fishing is ok at best. Tons of bait and sometimes theres tarpon and snook swimming around. Supposedly good for mackerel during the cooler months.

I visited this pier for a family outing to fish together. Preplan the parking before coming can be a nuisance. You have to pay to pass the checkpoint onto the pier. You will find locals fishing at the endpoint of the pier, and youll see families strolling by to enjoy the ocean view. I had a good time, you can too, just make the best of it.

Drove about 30 minutes to see this and visit this pier to just be inconvenienced with absolutely no parking. Never have a seen a pier with this little parking and no alternative parking. Such a disappointment and wont be coming back. Ill stick with dania beach pier that offers plenty of parking at all hours of the day.

I was here at night only on my quick visit to town but I liked very much what I saw. Great views to the hotel line and amazing breeze and fresh air. The starts also look awesome here on a good clear day. Good photo opportunity.

Food place too fish. But if i pay $3 per hour parking and $6 entrance i expect to have more lights! Too dark at night to the point that you need a flashlight
