Beware! Do not buy online tickets for the water shuttle no matter the price. We had taken the water taxi on previous trips and it was fantastic. Unfortunately, there was no Groupon for it this time. We bought the Groupon for the Water Shuttle at about half the price of the water taxi but wasted our money. We waited for the water taxi at the third stop on the route. After waiting 45 minutes, there was no shuttle although the water taxi came and went. We called the number on the sign and in the brochure and no one answered and then we were hung up on. We finally got them only to be told that we should have called and said where we were waiting. No, you should not have to do that; the shuttle is supposed at each stop on the route. Then we were told that a shuttle had broken down and we would need to wait 45 minutes longer. We said we couldnt and that we had walked over a mile to get to that shuttle stop but they did not even offer us a ride back or compensation. They ruined our entire day. Much later in the day we watched a Water Shuttle go right past one of their route stops without even stopping. The Water Shuttle is poorly run and not dependable. Spend the money and take a Water Taxi.

Same experience as another guest. My family of 8 boarded the water taxi and we felt as if we were forced off at one of the stops along the way, stop # 3 to be exact. We were told that we had time to explore and that they would return in about 1 hour. We were told that if we didnt catch that same taxi there would be another coming because they come Evey 20-30 minutes. My family and I arrived back at the pick up location (same location where we were let off at). We sat there waiting for well over 2 hours no pink water shuttle. There were plenty of other water taxi companies continuously arriving and departing. We asked some of the other companies if they could get in contact with our company and we were told that they were closed for the day. Countless phone calls went unanswered even the option for an emergency. Needless to say we had to find other transportation back to our hotel and that took hours. I only hope that the other couple that was there found their way back.

Well, I went on this pink shuttle with my family on a very busy weekend day. First off $20 for an All-Day pass and free for infants under 4?? We can hop on and hop off as many times as we wanted? That is just a steal. We did not hesitate to buy our tickets. we hardly waited ten minutes at every stop. That is very important having two toddlers of 3 yrs and 2 yrs old. We all know they dont have much patience staying in one spot for too long so we were very pleased with their timing. Also, they give you a free pink lemonade drink. Yeah!

We were charged $20 dollars for the full tour ... The water shuttle didnt wait for us We had to take the free shuttle until we find the pink boat ... We had the 7.00 dollar tour and the captain of the pink shuttle refused to finish the ride .. He droped us off and we had to take the free shuttle to finish the tour. The captain of the pink shuttle was in a hurry to get to the bar (as we found out while looking for a restroom) We recommend highly the water-taxi !! Take the Yellow one !!

Decided to go on the Water Shuttle with a group one day where it unfortunately started to rain! However, the experience was still very pleasurable since the captain and guide pulled the windows down so we could all stay dry. The information about the homes along the water was interesting to learn. The ride along the river and intracoastal was a new way to experience Fort Lauderdale - it was a fun and different activity for the day!

I pre-purchased tickets online because we were coming in from Chicago. After driving from Boca Raton to Fort Lauderdale to ride, we were told they cancelled the shuttle early due to "low number of passengers" and because their "boats were acting funny." The only thing they offered was to put me on their tour boat which would cost me more money. Beware- dont know if they will cancel the shuttle when you expect to ride it.

We happened upon the Water Shuttle on our last day and really wish we had done it earlier. Tickets were decently priced. We rode from the Briny Irish Pub to the Beach Place. Our captain and shuttle guides were very knowledgeable and made the experience very enjoyable. We were able to hop and off with ease with decent wait times. Thank you for the wonderful ride.

Bought our ticket from Groupon. Not a great deal because after waiting over an hour at 4:30pm in the hot sun, feeling miserable and no pink water shuttle to be seen we called Uber that cost us $15.00 plus tip. The yellow water taxi showed up 4 times while we waited for this so called water shuttle. Really ruined our day!!!!! Never again
