Sorry but we had a bad experience there. We invited our playgroup there (mostly 4 & 5 year olds), about 8 kids showed up . The lady running the place acted like we were a huge burden or like we were going to tear the place down or something. Like we could really make it look worse but anyways, after she freaked out about everything our kids did, when it was time to pay she overcharged us by 1 game. I tried to explain she was overcharging us but she would not budge. She could have made a lot of money off us over the summer, Maybe enough to paint the place but we will never go back. Not a great business decision for her at all.

It was outdated as far as decorations. But it was clean:). The prices were great, very reasonable. The music they were playing was horrible- it was an 8 track mix cd on repeat- some good songs but it got old FAST! the customer service was... Okay, I interacted with two staff members- the first was an older woman who was professional, super nice and funny. But later there was a shift change and this other woman looked absolutely miserable- you could tell she didn't want to be there- and she was extremely rude! However we still had a great time- customer service aside- And I probably will go here again-

Family Bowl is a Saturday tradition. The staff are friendly and the prices not bad. The only thing that I do not like is that this place hosts a lot of birthday parties and there are frequently irresponsible parents who do not tend to their kids. More than once, my girlfriend and I have had to confront parents because they let their kids wander in to our lane repeatedly. Also, many of the bowlers there do not know/care about proper etiquette and will bowl without regard to whether the person on either side of them has started their turn.

If you are really a bowler, this is the place. I bowled 2 leagues here and loved it. (About all I liked about Plant City.) This alley is well managed and always clean. Wood lanes were a challenge for me personally, but I finally got the hang of it. Owner will do anything possible for you. Take the kids elsewhere until they learn to behave, League bowlers really dont like have kids there; they track food/drinks on the approaches and are generally disrupti.ve.

Ive lived in PC most of my life, and this is one of the places Ive frequented on my days off from work with family or friends. Its pretty clean, and you can tell its taken care of. My favorite bowling alley -- if your looking for top-notch alleys this isnt it; but if your looking for a local, well-run bowling alley, this should be your first choice!!

I love coming here. Me and some friends came consistently and received coupons for free games. The only thing I think this needs place needs is something new. Like neon lights. Or different color theme.

The lanes are ok at best, very old outdated equipment and monitors. However, the prices are really good dollar games on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Also their staff are extremely kind and friendly.
