Absolute WORST venue I have ever been to. I went here for the Halsey concert and there was no sense of organization whatsoever. No signs or security to direct the GA line so it ended up shifting three times, which caused people to lose their spots. It took a girl actually passing out in line for security to come out and pass out water. Peoples tickets were confiscated and carelessly thrown in a box for retrieval afterwards, but people who paid for the nice mailed tickets (myself included) had theirs stolen by people who merely printed out their tickets at home. Absolutely awful. Would not recommend anyone to see a concert here.

After nearly 1000 concerts I can say this was the worst venue I have ever been to. The sound was so bad I could only guess at what most of the songs were. The opening band was nearly finished before the line was inside. At least one bathroom was closed, making you fight through a beer line that I would assume took a good portion of the show to get through. Parking was a joke, taking an hour to leave. Not what you would expect after spending over 300 on four tickets and parking. I will never see another show here. Do yourself a favor and go to the next stop on the tour!

This rating is the venue, not the tool concert.. really? 3 beer lines? Sound was decent, tool was as always decent.... Parking was a joke, 1 hour to just get out of the garage. Floor seats had priority exit, and beer line. They were allowed to exit out of a private exit, while the rest of the "commoners" had to exit via stairs... but they were also allowed to exit via the stairs... Thank god they took down the stupid "floor 1, 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 ,6 " signs that were blocking the view, right before tool came on. I was about to go ape$hit about that. Still horrible.

This rating is for the CFE Arena as a concert venue. For acoustics, its the absolute worst Ive experienced in the Orlando area. It is almost as bad (not quite) as the USF Sun dome in Tampa. The sound bounces off the walls so much that its difficult to hear anything a performer sings. Its unfortunate because it is such a good arena for sports. t. Even the bands seemed frustrated, like they were constantly fighting to be heard. Just awful.

Went to see Brantley Gilbert here last night 2/5/16 and the audio is terrible the music over powers the voice (my ears are still popping) this building isnt cut out for ANY kind of concerts the echo is horrible and the seats are WAY to close to one another I had people on both side pretty much sitting on my legs the entire night getting to see the artist was the BEST part of the entire evening wont see another concert at this place ever again

Ive been to so many performances here and its definitely one of my favorite venues. Unless theres unusually tall people everywhere you get a good view from anywhere in the pit/floor. Always really clean and its nice they have bathrooms outside and so many awesome food places around. Parking is pricey for me but otherwise its good and traffic seems to always be handled well.

The CFE arena is a great place to visit. Their restrooms are clean and the views of the fields were great. Their elevators are a bit scary (something made a large popping sound when we stopped) yet useful when needed. The access to Jimmy Johns and surround areas are very nice. Place is kept clean and cool. The event was a huge success!

Awesome place! I saw Pentatonix there and it was great. The sound crew knew what they were doing and the quality was awesome. Production definitely knows what they are doing here. Easy to leave and enter, not too crowded or uncomfortable. Good section of food, although it was a bit pricey, but all arenas typically are.

Nonsensical parking; small, dated facility; seats less comfortable than a folding chair. Never a pleasant experience. Pro-tip: Dont bring cash for parking. If you dont have cash then you use the regular parking system rather than event parking which is much cheaper. Ridiculous but true.

Easy access for different events. Only down fall was the floor seats for the Disney Alive show. They were not child friendly and our son actually fell backwards because he wasnt heavy enough. No booster seat was available.

The arena itself is nice but UCF does a poor job of letting you know where to park. If you dont do your research ahead of time you may end up walking quite a ways. There is not enough parking for events. Poor accessibility.

Worst line to parking!!!! So frustrating!!!! Sat in the car for an hour trying to get to parking and was late for the show! Worst experience ever - would not recommend CFE Arena and will not be a repeat visitor.

Great place! Bartow Cheer practices there over the summer at the UCF Clinics and I see photos about the place all the time. I went there 4/14 and saw Pentatonix live...wow. Great place with a great interior.

A lot of fun! two story movie screen and 3,000 students. my friends and I had a great time. You definitely want to bring your own chair. We saw National Treasure 2, Juno, Simpsons, Semi-Pro and Sweeney Todd.

Other than basketball it isnt a great venue for events. If you are going to an event, just park in any of the campus parking - you can just pay the $5 daily parking fee rather than the $10 event fee.

Great arena, but floor seating at comedy events need more space! No one likes bumping elbows with strangers and having to stand up to allow people out of their seat every 5 minutes during shows.

I volunteer for the FIRST Robotics competition Orlando Regional every year and the staff are always polite and courteous. Plus the arena is quite clean as far as most arenas are concerned.

Been to a few events here. Some concerts and rallies. The management does not seem to know how to organize people inside the building but the facility itself and the property is quality.

This arena is here to serve the public rather than the students who attend here. The events held here cause far too much traffic as theyll shut the main street down for big events.

Keith Sweat Live! Id give it 5 stars, but we paid $20 online for preferred parking, when it was only $10 when we got there...and it was just general parking!! Loved the cocert tho.

Beware of the ticket office. They have very subpar service. Ushers are ok. Bad part of the arena is having to go up big stairs to the concourse then up or down more to your seat.

Arena is nice and clean...a good venue. But parking is disorganized. Takes forever to get out of the parking garage after an event. If possible avoid the garages.

Its a great arena. However, the wifi internet and cell phone reception stinks inside the arena. The organization isnt always the best.

Its best for basketball and concerts, for smaller performers. Always very clean, super air conditioned and huuuge bathrooms.
