As a frequient customer here, i would normal give it a 5 star rating. But, tonight was awful. We arrived and paid our charge, was seated and immediately were uncomfortable by how hot it was inside. After ordering our first bowl, i asked why it was so hot insde and i was then told that the a/c had not been on because it was broken. Basic customer service 101, if youre having an issue like this, you should make it a point to advice all customers coming through the door of the issue at hand. And to make matters worse, they had one floor fan going and it was pointed at one booth and the doors were closed, trapping the heat inside, rather than opening them up allowing the cooler night air to flow in. If i hadnt paid with a card, i wouldve asked for my money back and left. $25 dollars wasted in my mind. Just for future reference, notify customers of any critical issues like this before they pay so they dont leave feeling ripped off.

A few years ago I drove 45-minutes every week, packing my car full of friends, to come enjoy Meridian. The menu was awesome, atmosphere amazing, service extraordinary. I just moved to the Bay Area and I must say, Meridian is terrible now. The service is pathetic. I miss the days of Amber and others who would keep you happy. I got stuck with some long haired theater douche whom served us twice in three hours. I took a group of six people, we had to wait for an hour while they allowed people to occupy an entire couch, alone, to play busy on their laptops. What happened to this place? Meridian is garbage now. I bought my own hookah now. I'll never go back. Pathetic.

WELL THE $12 ALL YOU CAN SMOKE SOUNDS GREAT......BUT IT REALLY IS NOT. THEY PREFER THAT YOU SHARE ONE HOOKAH BETWEEN 2-3 OR 4 PEOPLE (IT EVEN SAYS SO ON THEIR SITE) SO YOU ARE SHARING A HOOKAH WITH FRIENDS AND MAYBE YOU ORDER A 2ND AND A 3RD TO SHARE...RIGHT, WELL IT REALLY IS NOT THAT GOOD OF A DEAL, $36 FOR 3 PEOPLE, 3 HOOKAHS...AND THEY ONLY SERVE AL FAKHER. AND PHYSICALLY YOU CANNOT SMOKE HOOKAH AFTER HOOKAH YOUR BODY JUST WONT SUPPORT NOT TO MENTION THE KILLER HEADACHE YOU WILL HAVE IN THE MORNING. DID I FORGET TO MENTION THAT THEY DONT CLEAN THEIR HOSES. THEY ARE FULL OF SOOT AND STINK

.As experienced hookah smoker, this place is not good. first they use the same hookah for all flavors, so you will never enjoy the taste. they have this strange business model .if you come alone you pay 12$ all of what you can smoke..if some is coming along he/she will pay another 12$ but they the hookah will be shared. I came with a friend and I have asked them to pay extra to have another hookah, they said NO. the place has nothing to like ..hospitality is below average, and they will keep moving people around to utilize the space as much as possible.

They neglect to mention that because of their "pay one price, smoke all night" deal, that this place with only 10 tables fills up very fast. We were put on a waiting list and still didnt have a space open after nearly 2 hours! We finally had to leave without ever getting to smoke. It was very upsetting and a silly business practice. So many people walk out because there just isnt room meanwhile people are just camping there for hours.

Everyone here is super friendly and wonderful! The best hookah lounge I have ever been to. To only pay one rate and be able to smoke as long as you want and try as many flavors as you want is amazing. My favorite thing is to take my computer in there and get work done while I relax and smoke. This is my very favorite hangout place, even though it is an hour away from where I live.

Meridian Hookah is the best spot in the UCF area. Every time I go I am greeted very warmly making me feel welcome. The atmosphere is very hip yet cozy with their soft-colored lighting,excellent staff,and comfortable half-moon couches. Their creatively named shisha mixes are to die for! Meridian Hookah is a place i will surely be going to for years to come.

Place is awesome. It was my first time going here tonight, and staff was very friendly. Katie my server was great and even though it was very busy being it a friday night, she made sure we were happy and got new coals when they died down. Also great place to meet people. I will definatly be going here as long as i am in the orlando area..

Stuck up nasty not giving a crap about customer children they call employees! Ive left very disappointed EVERY visit, hour and a half without service today made me snap on this place ,been here for 2 birthdays and other random visits but Im over meridian hookah lounge. Beautiful place but theres crap walking about stinking the place up!

Easily the most relaxing, chill environment youll find anywhere in Florida. The staff is great to talk with and theyre always happy to find music that youd like to hear play. The lighting, comfy-as-balls couches, and the mood in general make Meridian my favorite place to spend evenings with friends. Thanks for some great times.

Five out of Five stars. This is a place hookah lovers wont want to miss in Orlando. The staff is great, very friendly and courteousness not to mention some great looking servers. I highly recommend stopping into Meridian whether its for Trivia night or live music. Always a positive atmosphere that I enjoy

Great experience for my second hookah bar. I came alone so I was moved around three times. No big deal I just meet new people and continued to smoke. The host was every knowledgeable about the type of mixtures and provided me with the most favorite. Before I leave Orlando I will definitely go back.

The meridian is a nice place to lounge and hear bands, but the quality of the hookahs were subpar. The flavors were muddled and mixed due to improper cleaning, and the smoke was rough. But i guess thats what you pay for since its only $12 to smoke all night.

I just went to Meridians in Orlando last night with the CREW for my 18th birthday. It was soooo chill. I love this spot. Everybody is chill and you can lay back and lounge with no problem :D p.s this is definitely the chill spot with the CREW haha

Great Hookah lounge. Lights are dim and the place is very relaxed. Customer service is a lot better than it was a few years ago. Some nights they have live music too which is cool.
