The waterpark itself was great. Very clean with a lot of variety. We are a family of 10 (3 adults, 7 kids ages 4-17) and needed a break from the beach for a day but still wanted something fun for the kids. This seemed to fit the bill. . . . That is until a rain cloud came up. The lifeguard staff is very young and immature. They were standing around grouped together and we overheard them begging for it to rain so they could close early. Well at 2:45, they got their wish. It was a single rain cloud with no lightening. Im all for being safty-minded, but they sounded the horns and made everyone exit the park. Thats right, not just exit the water, but exit the entire park. They would NOT even allow us to go to the bathrooms and change first. Here we had 7 soaking wet kids and they literally kicked us out of the park. They were rude and kept yelling that the park must be closed and basically ushered everyone out like cattle. We had to load up in the car, drive down the road to McDonalds and take all the kids in there to change into dry clothes. 5 min later the rain cloud was gone and the sun was back out. We were so fed up we just called it a day and headed back to the condo. All in all, we got there at noon, paid $125 for 2.75 hrs when we were planning on staying til 5pm. No refunds and no rain checks offered. If a Manager or Owner of the park reads this, the date was Tuesday, July 19, 2016. We picked this park over two others because of the reviews. Very disappointed in how the staff handled this situation. Would not have minded the park closing early due to weather near as much if theyd just let everyone change before kicking them out. If this is a park policy, you need to look into changing it. We visit this part of Florida every summer for two weeks. First and last time at this water park.

My boyfriend and I where thinking about going to the beach today but we decided to go to the waterpark instead !!! We picked Sun-N-Fun Lagoon and it was so much fun!!! We arrived right when they opened and stayed until almost closing. Of course there was a storm approach towards the end but we where at the lockers leaving until we heard the alarms go off warning that there was a storm approaching. The lifeguards did an amazing job evacuating all the pools !! The food was good and the fries where amazing all at a decent price. Few problems we had where there was not enough tables to sit at. Everyone had all their bags sitting on most tables which took up a lot of space which I didnt think was right. Once we got a table in the shade we shared with 2 other families with kids and as soon as a table came available they would move. Everyone was nice there. Another problem we had was the lazy river....it was nice and relaxing but when we where in there was kids swimming and go under with no tubes and just swimming under is. We had to be careful!! Even though there was a sign on the lazy river that said that you have to have a tube in the lazy river but no lifeguards did not say anything about it. We even passed 3 young boys wrestling and dunking each other underwater with no tubes. Just a little dangerous with that many people floating in the lazy river. Other then that it was a great visit and we will be back again!! Especially because we live in Lehigh Acres, Fl. Right next door

Its what we have in our area, but not the best to be found. We had a family pass for 1yr, but did not renew for a few reasons. First, their hours stink. Here in FL most people know to avoid peak sun times. F&S opens 10am, closes 5pm. sun goes down in Summertime after 8pm! Opening 8am and staying open later in the evening would allow people paying that premium price to avoid peak sun times. Furthermore, starting around 4:30 staff is often rude, literally telling people to "get out" and waving them toward exits like the customers are a burden they cant wait to get rid of. Teens working fast food windows use better manners! To top it off, they open 10am, knowing each summer afternoon regularly has thunderstorms. Thunderstorms shut the place down, understandably. They will give rainchecks to people who have been there less than 1hr, and you must stand in their disorganized line to get said rainchecks. Its simply offensive to pay the price to not be treated courteously, and to essentially throw your money away if you wind up there for 61 minutes and it inevitably storms. Oh, and theyre only open pretty much through the summer months, despite the fact that South FL has great weather about 9 months out of the year.

My daughter loves the water park, for me its ok. You cant bring in your own food but the concessions offered are mediocre at best, so if you want to eat you have to leave the park (not that easy with a four year old, even with the promise youre coming back). The bathrooms/changing area/lockers are kind of gross, make sure youre wearing shoes of some sort. Honestly the worst part for me is the kiddy area, my daughter isnt a great swimmer and is somewhat passive so this area *would be* perfect for her, except there is minimal supervision from both the lifeguards and the other parents. The best part about the kid area is the little water slide but kids being kids are pushing, cutting and sliding on top of each other. Twice my daughter was pushed under water because the other kids couldnt wait for her to move from the bottom area. More lifeguards then the ONE I saw, are needed for sure. Well go back because theres nothing else to do in Naples like this but there are definitely areas of the park that need to be upgraded.

Visited here before a few years ago as my family live here in Naples, the park is ok but I was concerned on my previous visit that while I was on the lazy river a young child who was with a summer camp was having difficulty in the water,I shouted to the life guard who basically strolled over rather than running! On our visit this time we was waiting for my young niece at the bottom of the water shutes, there were other parents doing the same thing, no one was in the way of the shutes as we were all sitting on the steps, the female lifeguard said this was fine . Later on we done the same thing again and was told by a male lifeguard that we were not allowed to do this, we explained we was waiting for a child and that earlier we was told it was ok, I said there should be signs saying this as the staff seem to make the rules up as they go along! Not enough shade only several parasols scattered around the park. I think this park is run by staff with lack of experience

This is the 3rd and last time we will go to this pool! We live in Naples and this past Saturday we just couldnt believe the crowd- like where did they come from?! Examples- groups of teens sitting at the edge of the pool counting dollar bills, people eating food in the pool, a large group of teens wearing socks in the pool (just thought that was odd)... It also blows me away how the entrance sign clearly states no food or drink permitted yet people sit around eating their watermelon in plastic tubs, sandwiched out of baggies, drink beer from beer cans and yet no one checks bags upon entry or re enty! I ended up spending $44 on food for my family when I could have easily broke the rules like the people who obviously dont care and saved a lot of money. This pool has gone downhill fast!
