Water Ways is a definite thumbs up. Located in an out of the way location, you can enjoy cooling off while having a blast with your family on all the summer attractions, meanwhile soaking in the natural beauty of the West Virginia mountains and countryside. The park is placed directly in the woods of WV.There is so little space separating the 2 that it almost seems like the water park just rose naturally from the ground by some wonderful miracle. It is very small, so can get crowded, but its small size adds to its charm. The attractions are non-stop fun, each attraction has its own character and will create memories and stories to tell that will be unforgettable for years to come. A great way to bring together family and stay cool in summertime!

Most of the female lifeguards are very rude. I was going down the tube slide and many gave rude looks or had an aggravated attitude. They dont talk to you, I tried to engage in conversation but was completely blown off. Absolutely rude female lifeguards. And theres tons of unruly kids. Definitely wont be back. At least until the lifeguards get restaffed. Also to one of the female lifeguards, its unprofessional for your nipple piercings to be showing through your outfit. Some kids were commenting on it. Someone needs to get these lifeguards in check. Jesus.

A great place for a days vacation. Concession stand is decently priced. 2 decent sized water slides, 2 smaller slides that dump into the large pool, and 1 very large tube slide that dumps into the lazy river, all very nice and clean. Free putt putt inside as well. Areas for picnics, hiking, laying out in the sun, etc. Great music near the pool, and if youre looking for a more quiet place the back area is very peaceful. A great way to spend the day with family and friends.

This place is extremely nice the only thing that I didnt appreciate is when I went down the unique slide that led into the lazy river they kept letting people come down before I wa even ready to go down the next part and they kept coming over my head and it was so disrespectful I couldnt help that it kept knocking me off

Waterways is so well-run, clean, and beautiful. It has water slides for all ages and swimming abilities, so even my son who doesnt swim well can have a blast. The admission and food prices are incredibly reasonable, too. We are planning our fourth trip out there this weekend before it closes for the season!

The best place to swim in West Virginia! Most of the people who give bad reviews and bad ratings are the people who show up at 11 and gets in the very back of the opening line. Salty people, Water ways is the best place ever.

Very nice place to hangout and have fun. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Im the same sense they wont let you break the rules, which is a good thing.

Terrible place to swim. A lot of muck and scum in the bottom of the pool and lines were empty and still took around 45 minutes. I will never go back.

Great place to take the kids. They even off miniature golf. Get there early if you want one of the lounge chairs. The people are very friendly.
