Most attentive and ever-so-patient staff - a special shout-out to Santi, Sebastian, and Brooke for all of their hard-work and bright smiles. I also applaud the LAB for listening to member feedback and continuously innovating and improving - updated lighting, enhanced A/V system, recreational perks like ping pong and basketball machine, and fresh new events. The one area for improvement would be to reduce the noise levels in the side offices by adding canopies or covered roofs, and also to update the bathrooms.

When I am in Miami I always check into the The Lab. The community is open and the space is light, bright and has fab high speed wifi. I first visited last year when I attended Sime MIA. It has a fab outside space which is great for gatherings as well as just taking in the Miami heat. The tech community based here have been very welcoming to me and it is always great to pop by and say hi to my friends who are based there.

The Lab is a great space! I run my creative video agency 66 Films from there and when Im not shooting or in post production, I love to go to The Lab and tend to other aspects of business or write scripts. Its also a great space to meet other folks interested in collaborating on projects. And yes, they have free parking! 5 Stars!

The lab is a cohabitable work space for entrepreneurs and harbors a lot of the tech community in south florida. With amenities and open work spaces that are fun and engaging there no way you cant tap into your creative side here.
