We came in from Atlanta to attend the U2 concert in June 2017. While the concert was amazing, getting in and out of the stadium was a complete nightmare. The parking and traffic control were the worst we have experienced anywhere, and we have attended similar events at similar venues across the country. We used Uber to get to the stadium from downtown. The Miami Dade County police had absolutely no control over the incoming or outgoing traffic. In addition, we witnessed officers engaging in nanny boo boo type arguments with pedestrians, even using profanity freely. They were extremely unprofessional. It was shocking. After the concert, traffic was at a standstill. Uber and Lyft completely shut down, and there were no taxis available to service the literal hundreds of concert goers waiting in the taxi cue. After hours of walking up and down a six/eight lane parkway in the middle of nowhere, we were able to flag down a cab to take us 13 miles back to our apartment. That ride was a bargain at $70. Lyft was going to cost $268, but our lyft driver couldnt get to us. The cab driver told us that the police wouldnt let any taxis in for pickup. We will never travel to Miami for an event at Rock Stadium again. We now have an even greater appreciation for our Atlanta metro law enforcement. Such a disaster would never happen in Atlanta. No matter the size of the event, the officers handle the traffic with amazing efficiency, and the crowd with the utmost professionalism. Miami Dade County Police and Hard Rock Stadium need to get their act together. Our experience was frightening, to say the least.

First time at this stadium and to my extreme surprise there was a $40 parking fee this past Sunday for Wrestlemania. Talk about fully taking advantage of hard working people! It seems the regular fee is $25, which is still incredibly obnoxious, but to raise it further especially when gas is $4+ a gallon is irresponsible. Families can’t come to venues and enjoy themselves at these inflated costs. There are top of the line arenas in other major cities like Tampa, Orlando and Jacksonville and NONE of them have the audacity to charge that rate for parking. I would also like to mention that the event staff is horrendous!!!!! The entire last hour of the show there were 5 blue shirt employees sitting on the steps while two yellow shirts stood at the bottom, I assume this is not how they earn their paychecks. I came back from a bathroom which had 6 empty paper towel dispensers that I am certain any of these individuals are capable of filling. In order to get back to my seat I had to work my way around these employees while they stared at me like I was in the wrong, I was the bother to them!!!!!!!! I then painfully and angrily watched as an elderly man was forced to do the same. I could not believe my eyes at the boldness of these individuals, especially during a time when there are so many people on the unemployment line, I’d expect that people would work for their paycheck, and I especially expect that an employer demand that they do! Bottom line, when the Jets are in Fl this season we’ll be in Jacksonville NOT Miami

Traffic parking and gate staff was horrible Gate staff made me walk around the entire stadium was told after that I should have been allowed to enter any gate to go to section 116 almost passed out from heat exhaustion I would say do not buy the parking in advance. get there early use the SunPass into the first parking entrance otherwise you will waste hours driving through the mess.you cant leave on the turnpike you cant even drive around the building and take University North I had to take 199th to flamingo to go north. the worst traffic pattern Ive ever seen all the traffic going one way to the Lower Gate no traffic going the other way no u-turns if you pre pay for your parking your screwed because they wont let you leave out anything higher than 3 on the turnpike or University North... on enrty to stsdium walking they send you from one gate to the other and then when you get to the last gate they say you cant enter here this is for the field luckily there was one guy in charge with the clipboard that walked us in the VIP north entrance damn ticket say enter Northwest gate but you cant the tickets are screwed but Metallica was great and food staff was great I will never drive into that area again

Just saw U2 and One Republic at the Hard Rock Stadium. Cannot believe they charged $40 for parking. Apparently, it was less if you use SunPass - $30 - but no one tells you this. Better but still outrageous given what the tickets cost . You would figure that an act as big as U2 would use all the viewing screens available so everyone could see their video presentation, but no such luck-only the screens on the stage were used. If you are going to sell seats as unobstructed and pay a premium for them, you should be able to view the full video presentation, which was not the case. Also, the sound was garbled. When we moved to a lower section for the encore, the sound was much clearer. Although all of the staff were nice, there was a lack of any staff/security presence in the area of the parking lot where we were directed to park. Its very dangerous to have so many people making a massive exodus from the parking lot with no one directing traffic. It was a very challenging experience to leave. Have to say that the big stadium shows are not what they used to be. Given tonights experience, I do not see myself returning to the Hard Rock Stadium for a concert performance.

I attended the Coldplay concert last night and it was my first time at the stadium. My sister and I were extremely unhappy with your bag policy. How can I other places allow women with all kinds of purses to enter their venues but your stadium cant? Making the lengthy line at the bag claim delayed my concert experience by a lot. The worst part was hearing the band play and then missing 45 of their set due to this terrible bag policy. I work really hard to be able to afford tickets to any event just like every other concert-goer last night and its not fair to me that I had to go through that. I wasnt the only one infuriated at this. Every other woman in the lenghty line was vocally upset at this flawed policy. After the concert, I attempted to make the line at the bag claim but it was insanely long, moving very slow and my sister had to be home at certain time. I cant believe I had to leave my purse and belongings there but I have my claim check number and am expexting to have my bag and personal items delivered back to me, at the very least!
