Let me start by saying that I live close to this course and therefore play it often, usually as a single and usually waiting behind other groups. Today is January 2, 2017 and I was off work. I went on GolfNow and saw an awesome 6:57 tee time that would allow me to get off the tee first as a single ahead of the twosomes, threesomes, and foursomes. I bought the tee time and showed at the course around 6:30. I paid and verified with the Pro Shop that I indeed had purchased the first tee time. For some reason, the cart barn was still locked up and they were having issues getting it open and carts distributed. While waiting for my cart, I talked with an older man who said his twosome was going to get off first. I told him I had bought the first tee time as a single. The cart attendant/starter distributed carts, and I verified with the starter that I would indeed start first; the starter asked those guys if I could play with them but they said no. The man I had spoken with raced with his buddy to the tee ahead of me. I called the Pro Shop and complained. Someone came out and talked with them but they still didnt let me play through, and the ranger didnt make them allow me through. The positive is that I still finished in 2.5 hours. The negative is that I would have been finished a lot sooner; I kept hitting extra balls to avoid them and I only caught up them with once on a par 5. Those two guys were totally entitled curmudgeons, and the golf course didnt do anything to help me retain the tee time I purchased. So just remember, your tee time here may not actually be your tee time because elitist "members" can shove you aside no matter what you bought on GolfNow.

We played on Sunday, March 2nd and this course is in the worst shape and its obvious, no one is taking care of the course. The greens were horrible, the bunkers were horrible, the overall appearance is horrible. This course gets a lot of play and it looks like it. Theres a County course called Lake Washington that is in much better shape this this $65 dollar course. Yea, for a course to be in this condition, they still charge $65. This is ridiculous. It definitely is a $25 course, if that. The golf cart we used was barely working and made so much noise as you drove it. Apparently, the greens were sanded and its unfortunate when you make a tee time, they fail to tell you in the Pro Shop. There are too many good courses in the Brevard County area to play that are in much better shape. Save your money and play those courses.

Poor. This course books tee times in March every 6 minute :( ????? We arrived 40 minutes early to wam up. A little later we found out that the bag drop area had no carts ... then we find out that they are running at least 40 minutes behind on tee times (this was a first ever). I talk to a guy coming off the course and learn it is 5 hour 30 minute round ... could it get worse. Had them reverse my charges and left. Played another course down the road. This is managment strategy is pathetic and I warn all vacationers in the Cocoa Beach and Melbourne, Florida area to be very wary of playing at this course unless you want to spend. Make sure they are running a minimum of 9 minutes or so. I wont give them another chance.

I played here today with my 4 year old son for his first time on the greens, and let me start by saying the staff there is amazing, his favorite person there was Jack. My son was so happy and had a great time. About the course, I have a long drive and it was so nice to see that they have the tee boxes set up for every type of golfer. I shot 1 over par and I am very happy with the overall experience from everyone and everything Baytree had to offer. Thank you Baytree staff.

This golf course is going down hill - course needs some serious TLC. Greens are in bad shape - Bunkers have no sand - 2 domestic beers and a pack of cheese crackers on the course was $12.50 - pitcher of Bud Light in club house $14.00 - SAVE YOUR MONEY - LOTS OF GOOD COURSES IN THE AREA

Played 9 holes, and loved the overall character and feel of each one. Greens are expertly maintained. Started at about 3pm, and barely saw another golfer - so it was totally relaxing without any pressure to hurry along. Best $18 Ive spent in a while.

The course is in great shape. The greens are perfect. Nice practice areas. Its Aug. Its HOT. Play early or melt. Stay hydrated. Cant wait for the cool down!
