I went for the 1st time about 1 wk ago The sevice was fantastic & the food was good, fresh & tasty. Today I wanted to treat my kids to a nice meal & It was the total opposite experience. I spent alot of $$ More than I normally would for just 3 people I ordered to go & when I checked my order it was wrong. Somehow this seemed to the girl behind the counter that this was all a joke. She had a smirk on her face & tried to tell me it was ok & like it was my fault that I didnt want it! It was not ok because it was NOT what I ordered. I told her to let her manager know that I will never go back there, that they lost a customer with a large family that spends alot of $$ on food. She lost the smile on her face at that point. I would not recommend this restaurant

Food is excellent. However, they add the tip automatically to any bill over $60 and do not tell the client in the hopes that you will add yet another tip. On my visit i had added a 25% tip to my bill and then realized that they had already added a 15%. The manager said they add a tip automatically to bills over $60. I had her bring me a new bill and the server ended up with the smaller tip. This is a trick used in some restaurants in the hope that the client will not see it. If they find it necessary to do business in this manner they should at least mention it on their menu. Despite the good food and good service, i will not eat there again as i dislike this underhanded manner of doing business.

the food completely saved the service.. my grandpa asked for UNsweet tea due to his diabetes, gave him a brisk iced tea instead.. our server forgot the appetizers and it came out for dessert.. i asked for rice and beans instead of fries.. he only rang in the beans, didnt offer for any rice at all. pretty sure he forgot about us because we were waiting for the check for a while.. i dont know, every other table seemed to have fine service.. i feel like next time instead of trying to have a nice dinner with my grand parents here, well just order it to go. The beef empanadas were great, cuban sandwich was great, fish was a bit salty but good, my grandpa loved his steak, the rice is awesome.

La comida en este lugar( 441) es muy rica y muy fresca me recuerda mucho mi hermoso país COLOMBIA!!!!! En especial las empanadas y el chicharrón son mi gran tentacion, recomiendo este restaurante por su amable y amigable servicio

what a disappointment, I wanted to go to this place for a long time so I ask my wife to meat me there for dinner being that i was on the clock, the restaurant was half full and the food took 52 minutes to come out. I ordered and whole fried fish witch was barely seasoned, my wife asked for a churrasco steak medium term and the over cooked it. No planning to come back.

Great food and HONEST staff! I recently had a delicious meal at this Margate location. The chicken was grilled perfectly and the service was attentive. Most of all though, the staff is super HONEST. About a day later, I realized I left my credit card at the restaurant. Thankfully, they put it away in a safe place and I was able to retrieve it. Thank you!!!

Since I cant give 3.5 stars, I will give it 4. The food portion was decent, if not on the larger side, and pricing was okay. The food was very flavorful, and I just kept thinking MSG with every bite. I had the lunch special with salad which was fresh. The restaurant was clean, but dated. I would go back.

The food was very bad .. the delivery took 1hr .and I live 9 mints away.. and the food was cold and the chicken was very dry and the meat was not cooked and bleeding as u can see i have to throw it out ...I would not even recommend this place to my worst enemy. ... thats how bad the food and service was..

I like this place for breakfast, you can go and buy some empanadas and pan de bono quick ... lunch time.. thats another story..food is always good but service is really slow, they are friendly but you need 2 hours or more to go there and have lunch. I prefer their location at Coral Springs for lunch time.

Food is decent. Food quality has fallen over the years since they opened other locations. It is like most restaurants the more they expand the more food quality suffers. Pricing is thru the roof expensive. There are better colombian restaurants in broward with lower prices.

Very great Colombian food! The Cuban sandwich is on point too! They give you large portions of food and could only eat half the plate. Their juices are tasty too. The service could be a little faster though.
