The worst HOA in the World. They dont even know their own By-Laws. They spend all the money on more stupid trees, instead of improve the parks, dead grass areas, or improve on the security of the neighborhood. They have a lot of dead grass spots, but they are quick to send out their violations for dead grass spots that are not even as bad as theirs. And they are racists, but they dont even have minority or family with kids on their boards. All they have are a white and old retired people on the boards. They r trying to make by-laws that prevents have a basketball goal at your own property? Whats next, cant even park i your own driveway?

The HOA impossible to deal with - contradict themselves on "violations"- conformity demanded -will give written "violation" for pop up sun umbrella in the back yard (yes, they peer in your yard!) If you dont want to be told how to live, look elsewhere.

Great price to rent the center (if you are a resident of Wekiva). Too small to host medium to large parties though.
