The raiting options should include a -10 because thats what I would give them. Do yourself a favor and NEVER ever rent this place for an inportant life event like a wedding or in my case my daughters quinceañera party. The ruined an entire life memory for my daughter and for me. I separated the place with 6 months in advance and rentef the place from 4pm to 12am. My party was scheduled for 6pm. I was there at 4pm together with chefs, cake, profesional decorator, dj, etc. And to my sorprise NO ONE WAS THERE TO OPEN THE PLACE!!!!! I waited thinking maybe they are just late, started calling every single number I found for them and no one answerd!!! Waited and waited... All my party supplies outside on the floor, cake melting outside, food outside... And guests started to arrive and No one ever showed up. My party, which I had plan for a year, which I made sure was perfect in every single detail, was canceled. You can imagine how my daughter is feeling and all the money i lost. My decorator, who has done other events at this place told me this wasnt the firt time and many times she had to wait for them outside because no one showed up on time to open the place. The coordinador Barbara Johnson was of no help, very dificult to get a hold of her because she was always "in a meeting" every time I tried to Contact her. Never available to show the place. And if you were able to finallytañk to her she showed uninterested. The day of the event, when she finally showed up to the place, after my party was ruined and cancelled ( after i called the kissimmee police and they were able to reach her), all she said was that the person scheduled to open the place didnt show up to work.. Period! Thats all!!! Really????? One person doesnt show up yo work for such an important event and no one knows anything or does anything about it??? I just feel really frustrates and wish this never happens to anyone else. So PLEASE, PLEASE do not EVER rent this place!!!!

My family and I had a great time at this facility. From the beginning Benjamin was great to work with and very accommodating. It is at a beautiful setting and the bathrooms and kitchen are clean. They have food warmers, huge refrigerator and sink in the kitchen for holding your food. I highly recommend this place.

I had my bridal shower here and everything came out great. We had very little time to decorate or for everything we wanted to do but overall very spacious and nice. I love the lay out of the place. Very rustic which fit perfectly the theme of our bridal shower
