Their summer program for kids is unorganized. They make it seem like it will be so much fun for them during summer but this is not the case. The staff doesnt care about the problems you tell them. Neither does the director. I had several problems there. There is no supervision for the kids, they have no idea "what happen" most of the time. They say before you pay them 75 dollars a week, there will be fun filled activities all week, field trips, but in reality all they do is go swimming once a day, color, dance, eat on the floor, and do whatever they want with the "staff" not paying attention. But oh yeah its definetly worth that 75$ for a fun filled summer for your child. Mind you originally it was 135 but they lowered the price for kids coming from an after school program. After they gave you a lower price they wanted you to pay for their membership fee. What a joke. I have 3 weeks left until school starts and my last week I had 2 days left but I will not be taking him back to this crappy, unorganized, lazy staff program. I do not recommend anyone to take their kids to YMCA for summer camp. My son doesnt even want to go anymore! Hed rather stay home, thats sad. Its suppose to be a fun place! He hates it. They rob you of your money every week to let them go in the pool and dance. They promised field trips in their vouchers, made it sound realllllly good they went on one field trip the whole 2 months hes been going. People take your kids to a daycare or something that will actually do something with your child AND it will be cheaper!!!

I had a membership for several years, however, I rarely had the opportunity to use the facility. My problem with the Y stems from errors on their automatic payment. I noticed that my monthly statement didnt have a charge from ymca. I contacted the facility and they wanted me to submit my banking information. I prefer to use credit card for the protection to my account. So, I resubmit my credit card information. The following month, I noticed that they still hadnt taken the money from my account. I was given a number to contact and left a message. Necktie thing I know Ive got a letter in the mail indicating that Id have to pay an entire year in advance because I was delinquent for September and October.

Work and school hours vary for my kids and I, so I would love to see this Ymca open 7days a week and have more flexible daycare hours....Great facility, the entire staff is very nice and friendly. Very clean. Great environment for the whole family.
