Our group found the resort nice but not necessarily great. The villa we rented required a fair amount of followup regarding its upkeep, e.g., every room required light bulbs to be replaced as at least 2 were blown in each room. The game room was well equipped but the games were inoperable for the most part as they lacked controllers and or operating directions. Seems a small thing, yes, but indicative of the overall surroundings. Ants were everywhere in the pool area....they were treated but we were told it would take a week or so for final resolution. Not doing us much good. There were numerous weeds growing up in between the stone surrounding the pool. So, as regards the house.....almost everything that we observed to be problematic was preventable with some attention to detail. If youre going to charge high end pricing you should be doing preventative maintenance. We played the Nicklaus course.....a first class layout whose upkeep was marginal and the clubhouse is a tent on a dirt lot after 11 years of operation. The cost to play was $185 per person. This is way over the top.....not for the course necessarily but for the package presented we would rate it very poor value. Administration and support staff were fine throughout. Helpful and pleasant. Overall, the management has provided numerous amenities at the resort while at each turn there is a membership fee and additional charge for the use of that amenity. The charges are steep and the amenity itself, though good, is short of the higher end price being charged. From our perspective, your $ can be better spent for higher value return. The resort seems more intent on selling real estate than on providing a full value experience for the vacationer who is visiting. Their choice but one that makes us not recommend the resort and suggesting a vacationer seek better value elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would, today is our last night here and since the first day we had the worst service. First, we checked in at about 10pm and they sent us to the wrong villas after driving around for 30min late at night. we returned to the main lobby to find out they give us the worng map. When we finally got our room we called in for extra sheet and the wifi password they told me they would send the sheets over (never came) and that there was no wifi password. After trying to connect to the wifi we called again to get the password and no one answered the phone. We eventually gave up. The cherry on top was abot 10min ago when we came back the doors would not open, we went to the lobby and they said we requested to move villas they mentioned we spoke toa Maria(This never happened) so we were locked out at 11pm in the cold weather. When I complained to the manager Jose it seems he didnt take us seriously he said there was a mistake gave us the new keys and didnt even apologize. We will not be coming back. You guys just lost 7 customers and our families.

Our stay at Reunion was out of necessity when hurricane Matthew blew threw. We wanted to stay somewhere west of our house to miss the hurricane force winds. After an endless search we found reunion and thank goodness we did. We booked over the phone and the staff was very helpful. The thing that impressed me the most was the way they wanted to help. Normally they have a no pets policy but due to the hurricane they waived this so we could take out 20 lb dog. Also they gave a heavy hurricane discount helping those who wanted to wait out the storm is a safer area. We were able to get a big enough villa to help out friends and family who need to wait out the storm also. The villa was amazing. It was spacious and well equipped with a full kitchen. Very clean. Large balcony. There is a publix about a mile away.

I played the Nicklaus and the Watson courses. Both are well maintained and challenging courses. They are not the most scenic courses, but they are fun to play, and everyone working the grounds are very professional. The staff makes the pricing of the rounds worth it. The front nine on the Nicklaus course is one of the more challenging 9 holes Ive ever played. One thing the courses are in need of is a more official locker room. Our party of 8 was planning to leave after our last round and past checkout, but theres no place for players to shower, so we had to drive on to our next destination without a cleanup. This is a good all-in-one resort.

The resort was beautiful, however after an incident with my family I was EXTREMELY dissatisfied. My brother and his wife went to the Clubhouse for breakfast the worker who was making the omelettes clearly stated to my sister-in-law that she will not serve Black people because they do not tip. I was completely MORTIFIED! The manager stated they will take care of it internally and had someone else come make the omelette. Also, my brother was asked repeatedly while staying at the resort to show his ID. How intimating! These incidents were truly disheartening.

Played the Nicklaus course today. No clubhouse yet so you have to drive over to the main one for food/drinks after. The course itself was in good shape. Its a Nicklaus design so of course all the greens are small and most of the landing areas off the tee at 250+ are very tight. Good iron play is key because there is all kind of trouble around the greens. I wouldnt recommend playing here as a high handicapper, but its a great test if youre up for it.

This place was just not great at all. The size of room was nice, but everything else was just a bad experience. Ants crawling in kitchen, fridge making a noise as if it was about to explode, dirty bathrooms, dust everywhere, unfriendly pool staff, ice cold pool and lazy river, and hot tub not working. I have been to better 3 star resorts than this supposedly 5 star. I did get a complimentary bottle of wine, but that was for being vip expedia member.

This hotel has bed bugs! ALOT of them, and Valeska Morillo the on site manager is aware of this situation and is very defensive when told about it. Paid over $200/night to get my childrens bodies full of bed bug bites and myself. Unless you want BED BUGS stay away!

A lovely location in kissimmee with easy access to shops and universal and Disney land. Accomodating 10+ people easily. The golf course is seen everywhere with a variety of holes and a brilliant clubhouse for a bit of lunch and drinks.

This is not a five star resort its a only 2 star experience. Their villas are big and nice at first look but ants in the kitchen, dirty bathtubs, broken refrigerator etc Pools are cold and dirty. The only hot tub we found was broken.

Dinner at the Eleven restaurant was just amazing! The view of the sunset was breathtaking and the Disney fireworks at 9pm just tops off the evening perfectly. Wish I could post videos instead.
