I went to Trapeze as a solo male on Thursday 6/15 and had an awesome time. Ive played with couples before but have never been in a swingers club before. I got in shortly after opening - only a couple or two in the front (clothed) dance area. I was very impressed with the interior - all class and neat and clean, non-smoking. The buffet was quite good, but lets face it - its not about the food! Lol. Couples and some solos (mostly guys) arrived in a steady stream - mostly average to very sexy - all dressed well. Couples were engaging with other couples in conversation, solo guys just hanging out (me included). Several TVs showing dance music videos (dance floor), sports (bar area), and porn. I laid back and took the scene in without anyone approaching me. Not much dancing going on. Bartenders were nice to chat with. Eventually, maybe 11, it was evident that many were heading through the doors to the back sex area where you can only wear a towel. I decided to go back. One half of the area is couples only - solo guys are restricted to the other half. Most of the sexual fun was occurring on the couples side but eventually a few women/couples came over to "our" side. It was quite a show when the sex started. Some solo guys stroking while watching and trying to get close - hoping to be allowed by the couple to join. I didnt want to be that creepy but stood back and enjoyed watching with a mixed crowd. Soon a woman was standing near me and I began rubbing her shoulders- soon we were in a private room exchanging oral fun. I played around with another woman orally and got to give a very sexy woman an orgasm with my fingers, which was awesome. Plus I saw some very sexy women having fun. I had a brief but memorable conversation with a gorgeous white woman with a black boyfriend(?). They seemed educated, cool, and a lot of fun to talk to. I saw them getting started earlier and they were very hot together. We talked briefly as they left much later and we both expressed that it would have been fun to get together had the timing worked out better. I heard from another solo guy that Fridays are much better - I cant imagine how! Its definitely a good place for a couple to have sex while others watch, swing, or just watch others. Pretty good for guys too, but its not easy to get engaged - it probably helped that Im decent looking and wasnt trying to creep my way in on anyone! BTW - I think anyone that misbehaves is tossed quickly, so theres little worry about that being an issue. Definitely worth the price of admission.

I submit this review in direct contradiction to the negative reviews of Trapeze, Ft. Lauderdale. First of all if you’re a 20-something or other you are not comfortable enough in your own skin nor experienced enough with your own sexuality to appreciate the lifestyle experience. Your entire understanding of human sexuality is based on internet porn where gorgeous 21 yr. old women are paid to perform in front of a camera, and as such you believe that only the gorgeous and the young enjoy sex. Come back and talk to me when you’re 45 and you have some substantive worldly experience. Now for the real review. My wife and I discovered Trapeze on a recent visit to Florida and were amazed at the quality of the facility, the openness of the clientele and the energy of the experience. Our initial impression however was such that we almost did a drive-by and left because the club entrance is just a door among doors in a little strip mall in an avg. neighborhood. The parking lot is coned-off for exclusive Trapeze use after the other mall businesses close for the day, so if you picture it as some stand-alone mega-facility ….. it is not. But DON”T let that dissuade you. Upon entering we were warmly greeted by wonderful staff in a very nicely decorated foyer. They do a GREAT job of setting the mood and the tempo of the evening starting with a very nice buffet (considering you’re not really there to eat), two nice bars and a great DJ along with all the sexy dancing and ladies “workin’ the pole”. Their floorplan lends itself to a full night of erotica as it is mandatory to dawn towels in order to proceed to the recesses of the club which patrons generally gravitate to after and hour or so on the dance floor. If you’re uncomfortable taking off your clothes around others then you’re probably not in the right place anyhow but….. if you can break through that envelope you’ll be glad you did. With ceiling mirrors everywhere and an abundance of beds, booths, couches and private rooms all occupied you’ll experience an evening of erotica that you’ll remember for a lifetime and want to experience again and again. We even rescheduled our flight home just so we could visit Trapeze a 2nd night. It did not disappoint. Great people, Great Club, GREAT TIMES. You owe it to yourself.

My boyfriend and I just had our first experience at Trapeze. We were really looking forward to the experience, which started off with good food, but the five or six dining tables they have available were taken. Then I stood in line for the single stall bathroom for 15 minutes. As the place got crowded (extremely crowded) we noticed that we were the only couple in our 20s...in fact 85% of the crowd was over 45. Quite a few people there could have easily been our grandparents. But, we got a little tipsy and watched the sexy porn playing around us and danced. Finally everyone was moving into the "play room". We envisioned the movie "eyes wide shut", though there was not NOT ONE SINGLE LADY. We got our locker assigned, where you change into a white towel....except people all around you are also changing(so crowded), if you bend over to remove your socks, theres a good chance youll get poked. In the play room, we found ourselves completely TURNED OFF by the large amount of 60-somethings and wrinkly, saggy bodies screwing everywhere. The crowd was worse than most barmitzfahs Ive attended. It was GROSS! We left immediately and went to Scarletts to erase the mental vision. Ended up staying there for hours and getting a few lapdances to make-up for the terrible experience. Pros: Above average food, fast bar service, and good music Cons: Not an attractive crowd, nowhere to sit and eat

We vacationed here from Ohio and wanted to experience the club because we heard it was great and was nothing like the clubs in our area. Well, when they say STRICT dress code they arent kidding. It was a beach bikini theme. My husband dressed in a button down shirt, dress shorts and tennis shoes. They wouldnt let us in because he had shorts and tennis shoes on. He looked very classy. They told us jeans were acceptable, but shorts and tennis shoes had to be DESIGNER. However, they recommended we go to Walmart to buy something acceptable. Told my husband he needed to "step up his game." He looked better than half the guys going in in jeans. We took an hour uber ride to get there and needless to say they wouldnt budge. Will NEVER give this place my business or recommendation due to how they treated us and turned away a classy couple.
