Went to show on March 1 (Jennifer Nettles) and she was great. What was NOT GREAT was the inconsiderate spectator 3 rows in front of our seats that felt it necessary to stand and dance throughout the entire performance. She only sat when she had to make a remark to her companion. Some of the people that were being blocked out of the show by this woman, decided to stand on the side along the wall but security informed us that we could not stand there. We asked the ushers and security to please ask the "standing only" patron to stay in her seat so that people behind her, who paid over $100 each for the show, may also get an occasional glimpse of the show. They either could not be bothered or were afraid to confront the patron that was blocking numerous ticket purchasers that eventually missed the whole show. If not for the video monitors, we would have seen nothing. Selfish patrons who decide to stand and dance during any show should stop and consider the people behind them. I can only hope that the HARD ROCK will change their policy and request that people stay in their seats at least for a MAJORITY of the time that the show is in progress. If you want to stand and dance, buy a ticket against the back wall so you wont block other patrons. I feel like I wasted my money and missed 90% of a show that I was looking forward to.. PAYING ATTENTION HARD ROCK ????????????????

You ruined my entire day. I waited in line today since 5 am, I was the second in line for Fall Out Boy. Ive listened to their music and been a fan for nine years and this was my first chance to see them live. I had a barricade spot before a security officer told me I would be able to go into the pit area only to be removed after a couple of minutes for the "mix up." This was suppose to be a birthday present for me, and now Im stuck in the back and cannot see one thing. When I complained to the security that I lost my spot from their "mistake" they told me "too bad, youre too short anyways." Worst service Ive ever had and now one of the only chances I might have had to see my favorite band live has been ruined. This topped up the day when earlier I was threatened to be arrested for waiting outside even though I called a week ahead to make sure that was allowed. They were rude and even called the police before their higher ups informed them that they were wrong and we were allowed to be sitting outside to wait. Worst service Ive ever had and I will not be returning. Im spending my birthday present in the back of the floor crying my eyes out, unable to see anything and the big screens werent even working until half way through the performance. I basically missed their entire set list. You should be ashamed of yourself, and Im appalled by how Ive been treated today.

Have been coming and going to the Hard Rock Live since it opened when I was 18 years old. I have lived across the street since it opened. The Hard Rock is a mixture of good and bad. has great stores restaurants and obviously slots. Security and certain personnel are rude but occasionally can find a good nice hearted person that works there. I was very surprised when they opened the Hard Rock Live because I never thought in a million years that Hollywood Florida would have a hard rock. Concerts are little outdated and old, they occasionally do have new and poppy music but most of the time its old and classic. Overall I give it a7 out of 10, the atmosphere is very good, it is very clean, plenty of parking, and the shops are awesome, but again like I said the security and personnel are sometimes overtight and rude, on the inside the food can be a little pricey. 5 bucks for a slice of pizza and a soda. If youre looking for a good time in Hollywood Florida you should definitely go, but do not stay.

We saw The Rascals last night. The show was two hours long and incredible! Its clear that they still have an avid fan base and that they have lost none of their magic. My beef, though, is with the facility. The seating on the floor level consists of folding chairs.... SMALL folding chairs. If you are 14 and weigh 75 pounds, you might be comfortable. But for everyone else, the seating is cramped and VERY uncomfortable. You expect more when you are paying almost $100 a ticket. Ive never had a more unpleasant seating experience even in other arena venues Ive attended. I will never purchase floor seats at the Hard Rock again... that is, IF I ever return.

Service was great and the room was nicely appointed. Our waitress at Blue Plate was doll. However, the blanket of cigarette smoke you walk through upon entering the front doors permeates the entire hotel. It was impossible to walk even near the casino without leaving wreaking of smoke. It made everything feel dirty even though it really wasnt. We have stayed here before and it wasnt nearly this bad. The last time we stayed there when there was a naked man in the hot tub while children frolicked around the pool (no joke, he was arrested) was a better stay that this one purely because of the smoke.

Every once in a while I eat here, its very nice to walk in the shops around the Hard Rock and then finish having a jumbo Cheeseburger in the Hard Rock Cafe. I always have a good time when I go. Food is good. Everything in the menu is very good. Fajitas are my favorites, I also like the burgers and the sandwiches. Its a pretty safe bet: if you wanna eat a very good burger or fajitas and listen to rock music and maybe a live band, you can go the Hard Rock Cafe and you will have a good time. Recommended!

I have been coming to the hard rock for a while and it has always been fun and a great place to be. However they have recently made a new rule that you cant stand or sit anywhere outside. The security constantly followed us around and bugged us all night. It is hard to enjoy yourself while waiting for the rest of your friends or to decide where you want to go when you have to constantly keep walking. I had the worst time last night.

Great place for live music. Saw Boston here and Foreigner throughout the last few years and have always checked to see the next concert at the Hard Rock. The staff have always been friendly and accommodating as well. Seating all depends on the tickets you get (obviously) and it is better to be closer to the stage. However, I have been seated on the balconies many times and it worked out just fine.

Went to see Peter Frampton and the Steve Miller Band. The concert was awesome! The musicians are awesome! The premium seats not so much. Butt numb after 1 hour. Definitely need to invest in more comfortable seats. The rows were so close together the entire row had to get up to let two people in. That sucked. We expected better from $600 worth of concert tickets.

A nice venue for live shows, we went to Seal show. Acoustics were fine where we were sitting on the top left balcony but nothing too exciting. The balconies are far removed from the floor as expected. Value for money depends on the performer but try to get floor seats if you are farsighted.
