Bad experience ever.Boat got stuck while getting out of water.Captan was not trained properly.we were stuck there for 45 minute.there was no help from company.People standing on beach helped us to get out.My two year old daughter was with me,she was scared and kept crying for 45 minutes.Pilot did not have a single rope to get the boat out of water.some one gave us rope to help the boat to get out.captan was not on his driving seat all the time.Boat was floating on water with out some one on driving seat.finally we got out of water.crew member told us go to office and explain your experience and they will compensate you. When we went to office, explain them our experience they said you guys are out safely what else you want.all customer service rep were rude, yelling and arguing with us.when we tried to argue they wanted call police. So we decided to leave because we had family with us. We dont recommend any one to go there just because of safety issue.

Ignore the other silly useless reviews on here, 1. Park at the MB Municipal lot theres over 600 spaces, its pay by hour dont lose the card, closet one is on 16th between Collins and Washington- the walk from there to the ticket place is a quick 5 minutes parked for 4 hours paid $10 2./ tour was purchased through Groupon, it was graciously accepted theres a 2$ fee per person that is collected at the office that is not collected on Groupon (and not mentioned) make sure you select one with ample time- you must collect your tickets at minimum 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure Overall the tour was awesome , amazing , educational - if youre an ultra right wing conspiracy nut - you will not enjoy and be hurt along the way. The land to water to land tour amazing, Bart was our tour guide very interacting, knowledgeable on the area and environmental situation which plagues us, plus hes a NYer so he gets bonus points. DO IT!!!!

NOBODY talks about where to park your car. Well, allow me to share with you that there is ONE parking lot close by and it costs $30. You might want to consider to do the valet parking on Collins/Espanola Street which is a couple of blocks down and its $20. So, your choice. The tour director warns you that he "might" be making up names when going close by to the homes of the artists, so you really dont know if he is saying the truth or not. The tour was okay. I guess I was so upset with the $30 parking fee that it made me not enjoy the tour as much. Also, I thought we would be closer to the homes when travelling in the water, but honestly, we were quite at a distant. The problem with Miami, is that there is no parking anywhere. If you are visiting Miami and dont have to worry about parking your car, then you are okay.

We reserved 2 spots hours in advance. We were advised to arrive by 6:45PM for a 7PM tour. We arrived at 6:45. We got on the vehicle only to have 2 seperate seats- 1 in the front and 1 in the back. The woman on the vehicle advised "sorry, its first come- first serve". We decided, as many families would, to get off and ask for a refund. The gentleman at the counter quickly stated "I do not have to give you a refund because there are seats available, but I will this time" in a very condescending tone. Common sense would be to seat singles and parties of 3 together to allow doubles and parties of 4 to sit together. No couple or family wants to be split up on opposite ends of a vehicle for a tour. This place has a terrible policy, rude staff and it was an overall awful/embarrassing experience.

Worst experience ever. The lady we had was Mythay and she was a cuban that had an arrogant attitude. She insulted us on during the tour and then at the end she stated "Here is our tip bucket, and this is the only way we make money on this tour." After trying to get my 4 year old to get off the boat, she told my wife and me "Thats what I thought!" referring to no tip. No doh Sherlock holmes, why would I give you a tip after insulting me multiple times. She profiles and is raciest! I complained to the main office, but they are not responding. Have fun with my credit card company or Ill take legal action at this point. Go here if you want to be insulted and miserable! There are hundreds of tours that are better. In addition, if you take your car expect to pay $15+ for parking in the area.

They are the worst. Paid then a jet ski reservation fee, they called the wrong office in ft. Lauderdale to confirm availability. When I got to the south beach marina, nothing was available so I had to wait about an hour. I called them to request a refund and they left me on hold for an hour, so I drove to the office while still on hold. Guy there told me Im not on hold even though I could clearly see the light on his phone that went off as soon as I hung up. He then told me the manager isnt here to refund. I then called once I was back in NY already and the manager wouldnt refund me because she said I ended up getting on a jet ski. The worst customer service and major negligence. Just call the marina yourself to make a reservation, dont deal with these jerks.

Price was reasonable and I thoroughly enjoyed my tour of South Beach and the middle part of Biscayne Bay on July 4th. Fritz was our captain on water and driver on land and did a great job of both, especially as a driver considering how large a vehicle this is on very crowded streets. Ashley was our tour guide and she was phenomenal! Personable, friendly, entertaining and very knowledgeable. She made the tour not only educational but extremely enjoyable. She was also very helpful in advising me on other things to see and do in the area. Would have liked to have toured downtown Miami also, but I realize that in 90 minutes you cant see everything.

I always enjoy going on a Duck tour whenever theyre available in a city Ive never been and Miami Beach was no exception. The tour guides are very engaging and knowledgeable and make the whole experience very enjoyable. The open-air feel of the vehicles makes you feel more connected to the passing environment and offers a nice breeze. The water part is always fun. The only downside is that the music was very loud (and being that I was sitting next to a speaker didnt help) and almost painful, and I wish they had more departure times available. Other than that, a great tour.

I wouldve given more stars because the boat is cool and very nice views. However the staff is rude and cold. The guide tour was mayte or whatever her name is. She has a snobby attitude that she needs to be trained in. I know a lot of people who ask me for recommendations and she just turned that button off. The tip bucket its too much because already the price is high we even paid five bucks for a baby...that was my tip. Babys should be free because they sit on laps and dont know whats going on. Money hungry never again.
