The facility was nice enough. I was so excited to have our 20th year work party with the 3rd best chef in the united states. I was so disappointed when they only brought one plate of food to our table of 7. We asked for more food twice. We didnt get any food. The second time we asked, we were told there wasnt any more food but the servers and DJs were eating. So disappointed. It wasnt even worth the drive and we had to be shuttled in from the fairgrounds because there wasnt enough parking at the facility. It rained and the parking at the fairgrounds was very muddy. We drove an hour home and ate leftovers.

My son and daughter-in-law had their wedding and wedding reception at the Irongate this past June, 2017. The service, the attentiveness, the organization of the Irongate was superb! The staff at the Irongate made sure that all had a great time. I strongly recommend Irongate to anyone looking for a wedding venue! Mary Leach

We called ahead to see if an August wedding would have air conditioning in the main building. She said they had 7 AC units. Yeah in her office and some bathrooms. Hot, no fans to move air. Wedding coordinator was weird and talking behind our backs. Take your wedding somewhere else in August.
