Was recently looking at properties in here and what a rip off. The condos and houses are great but, the fees are ridiculous. First, how can anything be mandatory? Second, the fees, for what its included, have NO value. Realtors can try to spin it anyway they want in the ad but, it just doesnt make sense. I can book a round online almost anywhere for $20 inclusive of cart fees. And guess what? I am not limited to playing on your course(s). Thanks HOA/property managers for ruining a good location with nice condos with FEES. No wonder time on market is so long. Anyone looking to buy in here needs to realize this.. It will affect resales. Realtors know it and everyone knows it. They cant sell around it. Needs re-evulated .. its insulting.

It was one of the best buffet style Sunday brunches I have tried. The food was fresh tasting and plentiful. The made to order omelettes were cooked perfectly. The servers were friendly and quick to remove empty plates. Well worth the $16.95 per person charge.

This area has hotels available, places to eat. Restaurants,bars,gas stations not far from the beach. Also Post office, used Goodwill bookstore, located just a few miles from I75.
