This was my first and only experience with The Retreat at Solterra. I was there for a family reunion recently. I was amazed at the great location and incredible facilities. Since I have a 6 year old girl, I checked ahead of time if we could use the pool during the reunion if my daughter got bored and restless. We were assured that up to 5 guests of a resident could use the facilities. Shortly after getting into the pool, all 4 of us (all guests of a resident) were asked to leave the pool- that it was only for residents. This left the three lifeguards to watch over an empty pool. I was shocked at the pretentious elitist attitude shown to me and my daughter. Only move to Solterra if you want to live a pretend life around other pretentious people.
