This place is unfortunately another example of a bougie, pretentious new business moving into our neighborhood that could care less about connecting with or respecting neighbors... they consistently have noise levels way about the allowed 55 decibel level, have made no effort to introduce themselves to their immediate neighbors, and they seem to specialize in shotgun weddings for bros and their bro-ettes before they elope to Centennial for a vinyl-siding existence. Plus, perhaps worst of all, the DJ is absolutely awful and Id rather get shipped off to a North Korean gulag than have to endure more of the sort of music they seem to enjoy playing at Blanc. So, in closing, please, if value treating your neighbors (and neighborhood) with respect, DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE!!

blanc is the perfect wedding venue if youre looking for something with an industrial vibe thats an authentic part of Denver history (the venue was first built in like 1892 as a car workshop or something). Everyone there was a pleasure to work with, and the freedom they give you when it comes to vendor choices is a nice rarity. Id definitely recommend blanc to anyone looking to have their wedding in Denver!

We booked Blanc for my daughters wedding and it was superb. The space, while not traditional, was perfect for our 140 person event. Pay no attention to the previous review, it is just the view of an immature, cranky neighbor who seems to think businesses in this industrial section of town owe him something. If I had another daughter, Blanc would be the place for her wedding as well.

The space itself is fine. But the approach leaves much to be desired. Sidewalks appear to be under-rated in the Denver area. Maybe thats not Blancs fault, but getting from your car into the venue was unpleasant due to the crumbling roadside and cars zipping past. Maybe thats just part of the adventure? Not what Im looking for in a reception space.

Ive been here three times; its the most well done modern industrial venue Ive been to. The outside space is gorgeous and the food is amazing. I even like this space more than Moss - both are excellent. Definitely on the pricey end for booking, but hits all the right notes.
