This is my new home course this year, and I love this place. The staff is super friendly, and after introducing myself to most of them they all remember your name and genuinely ask you how you are doing and joke around with you. Granted, part of this is probably because I am here literally every day, but its extremely important to me. The other people who practice/play here regularly are also all very nice and friendly. They will talk with you, and after playing several rounds with random people, I have yet to get paired up with someone that was a chore to play with. The chipping green is amazing, one of the best in the Denver area. Its huge, with three different flags that they regularly rotate, and tons of hills, elevation changes, and grass cuts around it. The driving range is ALWAYS off grass. They dont even have mats. There is also a fairway bunker at the end of the range to practice out of, which is a rarity. The course is in decent condition, and is a really intriguing layout. Not overly long (7,200 from the tips), but well placed bunkers and hazards make you have to hit your spots. Most of the holes have some sort of risk/reward shot, making you think about, and sometimes second guess, what your doing. If your a long hitter, every once in a while its fun to move up to the golds and just bomb it over everything. I think there is entirely too much sand in all the bunkers. If you get in one of them, you better not let the leading edge dig or your in trouble. Some of the patrons are complete jerks...most people will hit, literally, 50-100 balls onto the chipping green at a time. This makes it unusable by anyone else. It makes no sense what so ever. Hitting into a pile of balls doesnt help you. The point is to see how the ball rolls/reacts, and control the ball. This is golf, not billiards. Whats more, is very few people clean their balls up, and when I have politely asked could you please clean up those balls? I have had several people yell or curse at me, and/or just stare blankly and walk away. Its really rude, and I dont get this mentality. Overall its a really great place, just be prepared to laugh off any clowns that want you to pick up after them.

Ive always liked the layout of the course. However, Ive played there several times and have consistently had a bad experience in the shop and with slow play. They give you the sense that you are a bother to them. Some of the shop staff is very kind, especially the girls (that are probably not golf pros). However, the head pro, the cash register manager and the grill workers are just plain rude. This is very nearly every time I visit the course. Last week, the shop manager raised his voice and berated a customer - unprofessional! Also, they pack t-times too soon. Our average wait time was 15 minutes before we could tee off last week. I am done with the Broadlands. My regular foursome has agreed to no longer play there as well. This is too bad since Its only a few blocks from my house. If you dont mind slow play and rude treatment, then the course is average. Other than that, stay away.

The golf course is in great shape... But staffing and organization is a challenge. Pace of play?? The group of head of us had us waiting for most of the holes... No big deal but we then had the marshall sitting with us for the last 4 holes telling us to hurry up... Just waiting for each of us to tee off. I think a 4.5 hour pace of play while waiting for a group ahead of us didnt warrant that pressure or poor customer service. Cart person didnt come by until the 9th and 14th hole, no one in the restaurant... All on a Saturday midday. None of these things on their own are too big of a deal but add it all up and the only good thing to say is that the course was in great shape.

STAY AWAY!! BAD SERVICE!! RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL I went for the 5pm twilight. I made it to the fourth hole at 530pm when the took all the flags off the greens, instead of waiting for the golfers to finish and for it to get dark the staff wanted to leave early. So when I went into the pro shop, the attendant with a very condescending tone explained to me that i should have known that they like to let golfers out with out the flags being in the greens. I live on this course and based on this experience and an unpleasant experience with the staff before Im never coming here again!!! Very RUDE!! BAD SERVICE DONT GO TO THIS COURSE

Solid course to play, but customer service is terrible. Clubhouse did not have out reservation when we arrived and informed us that a confirmation number meant nothing. The staff refused to honor the same price for a later tee time and were very uncooperative when we were rained out after hole 9. We paid to ride 18 holes, but when we asked for a voucher as we only finished the front 9, we were met with a cash amount less than half of our total purchase. Do not recommend to anyone.

Really cant complain.. Just a small suggestion. Hire or train people in the pro shop to act like they are appreciative of my business... and the grounds crew should at least try to pick up the trash and litter on the golf course...... lots of litter around the shores of the ponds...

This is a fantastic course! One of the best winter courses Ive ever played! Great condition with a great number of creative holes. 2 of the par fives seem a bit repetitive, but other than that every hole is unique and fun for all handicaps. A MUST play for broomfield!

The course is comparable to most front range courses. I left a debit card with the cart girl and they charged someone elses tab on mine. About $40 difference, and no inclination to fix the mix up. I guess I should be glad I got my card back.

This is a solid public course. Beware on #18, the 150 yard stick is well left of where you need to aim. A lake lies just past it. There a weird hole #16? that is listed as par 4/5. Hmmm. Not par 5 unless youre hitting from the back tee.

Course was in good shape and provided a decent challenge. Club house leaves a little to desire but has the basics. We went on a really busy day but play was still at an acceptable pace.

Love the golf course but dont get a membership cause they seem to have tournaments almost 5 days a week so our 900.00 a month is a waste!

Nice course. Challenging and well maintained. A little pricey and slow play on the weekends.
