While planning my wedding I was in contact with the Park Hill Golf Course. I had sent regular emails and called on a continuous basis. Hailee Walker told me on April 8th that my date and time were available to host my reception dinner. She also informed me that it was her last day and that I would need to be in contact with Matt Stephens or Eric Zarlengo. It was really difficult to get in touch with these individuals but after about a couple of weeks Matt emailed me and I made arrangements to visit the site as well as taste the menu I was interested in having for my dinner. I went in on April 23 with a coworker and my daughter to have lunch and then speak with Matt regarding the details for the reception and pay the deposit. No one was there to greet me when I got to the golf course. While I was eating my lunch two ladies approached my table and asked if I was there to talk about a reception for Saturday, September 5th. They proceeded to inform me that the date was not available and asked if I were interested in another date. No, I was not interested in another date. How was someone able to book this date when I had just called on April 8th to confirm this date? The two ladies never introduced their selves nor did the offer an apology or even try to accommodate me for the inconvenience. They simply said someone had booked this date on April 1st. How is that possibly when I contacted you on April 8th? I was visibly upset and left. I would NOT recommend the Park Hill Golf Course to anyone for any event. I was extremely disappointed by the way I was treated there was no accountability for the mistake they had made.

I love this place. Its a perfect practice or beginner course. Dont go into expecting something fancy because its not. Its cheap, fairly well maintained, and a big confidence booster, I can break 90 here. Only down side is it can get packed on the weekends and a train horn on the front 9. Also you occasionally have to deal with knuckle heads who want to fight on the golf course for no reason, a bum walking in front of your shot on the fairway and kids who havent learned the phrase "rate of play," who are more interested in running through sprinklers in the fairway than playing golf. Seriously, all these things happened in one day. But its all part of the charm. :)

Course isnt too bad for a city course. Usually cheaper than City Park and sometimes in better shape. My biggest complaint is with the people that work at the pro shop. Spoke with the guy Mike that works there a number of times trying to book a tee time; easily one of the rudest people I ever had the displeasure of speaking with. Im not sure how someone that old with such an easy job could be as cranky, rude and short when dealing with customers.

This is a solid, historic, park style golf course that had become very popular for good reason for urban golfers. The margins border a couple busy streets, so you can see it often driving by and perhaps fear a stay shot interrupting traffic flow, but fear not, aim away from the traffic on a few holes and youre fine. The layout is fairly straightforward. The greens are fairly quick. The pace of play is decent. Enjoy this city course!

Played it a few times, and the course is in just as good shape as the other Denver public courses, but one thing I will say about Park Hill is that they have the best public practice facility around Downtown/Cap Hill area. City park has that weak driving range where you cant use drivers and its on mats. But Park Hill has a large putting green and a few chipping areas, plus real grass on the range.

Please put a net up on Colorado. I was hit today driving southbound. Which means he shanked it about 75 yards. Do you have any idea how dangerous you are making it by no installing a simple fence to protect drivers from your terrible members who cant hit the ball straight??? Im sure youve gotten this complaint a million times. Now Im going to Google to see what actions I can take.

It was my first time there he acted like I stupid. not so good. The only other thing was colorado Blvd. it was a little loud. It was sill fun.ps nice job on course.

Best driving range in Denver. Hit off grass, chipping and putting facilities are great for all skill levels. Plus they have lights and an indoor training center. Tru Swing Golf Academy open year round to help all ages improve their game.

Very attentive staff! We had a 40- people baby shower held in a spascious banquet room with large windows overlooking the golf course. Floor- to-ceiling fireplace was lit and the food was hearty and tasty. Plenty of parking.

Great course to play on as an intermediate player. Only 1 water trap between 2 holes and the rest is mostly just open straight fairly wide fairways. Nothing that challenging which is nice for a day out with friends.

Course is really playable and walkable (flat). Great place to take people that arent great but it is fun from the back tees if you are good. Great place to score low!

Their driving range is great but the course itsself is pretty boring to play. Wide open with no elevation changes or obstacles. Good for beginners i guess

Shotgun start while still accepting tee times right before tourney start. Unacceptable course management. Customer service couldnt of been worse.

Greens are usually pretty good but its a typical muni course. You can hit your drive 3 fairways away and still be ok. Driving range is solid

Decent place. Nice staff conditions were good considering the amount of play it gets. Greens were slow though. Overall not bad

Good course in the city. Wish they would water more to keep the grass a little thicker and greener.
