This course could go from ok to REALLY GOOD if they got control of a few things at the front desk. We had a guaranteed tee time for 0704 but they decided to let us off a few minutes early. Nice! Getting to the number 1 hole, a 5 some decided to also tee off and join us even though they new we had priority. So there we were on hole 1.....all 9 of us! WTF! I bogeyed the first hole due to being surrounded by very eager golfers who acted as if we were interrupting there tee time. We quickly left the hole to go to number 2..a par 3. After our shots we went to the green to have the group of 5 behind us acting as if we were slow. It took us a few holes but we got away from them. Its a nice course with long and narrow drives. I have been using my 3 wood lately over a driver and it works well for positioning. The most interesting par 3 on the course was a 71 yard tee to green shot. WOW. Choose your irons carefully. It was a windy day today too but I didnt mind. It didnt bother me much...it did prevent being able to reach greens in regulation however. Will I return to Blue Rock East...yes. However, I wont be wanting to ever again play with 9 people on hole 1. Yikes. The greens are in ok shape. They are slow however. Carpet like. If you like fast greens, be patient at Blue Rock. The views of the course and hills are good too. Overall nice muni course.

The course isnt in the best shape. Uneven tee boxes, no sand in the bunkers and inconsistent fairways. Most of the staff is friendly but theres a few that can mess up your. I play here at least 5 times a month, I would even consider it to be my home course because its 6 minutes from my home but my last experience I wont be going back. Tried to go out as a single around 2:20pm. The pro shop attendant told me $34, I mentioned GolfNow is $26. He said "I would book that if I were you. If you wait until 3pm, I can get you out for $16". After putting for 10 minutes I just left. Money wasnt the problem, it was the lack of trying your best to serve the customer.

Have been playing both of these course for many years. It seems like they have taken extra effort in improving course maintenance. Played it recently and the greens were consistent and in excellent condition. The West course is less hilly and a little bit easier than the East course but you cant go wrong playing either course.

The customers Ive come across are so sweet and nice majority of the time. Were the cheapest golf course around the surrounding areas and its a beautiful course.

Good public golf course. Two, 18 hole courses. West is more mature landscaping. East has some crazy holes and the wind effects the ball flight alot.

Grate layout on the west course. Challenge target almost every hole. Stretch your self on the East course, long fairways and plenty of bunkers

Definitely not a place to golf during wet season. Especially avoid the West course. You will lose your balls in the fairway due to mud.
