Bad customer service! Left voicemails to person who takes cares of prices to rent hall and she would never called me back. She only called me back once to just tell me that the day I was looking for was already taken but she thought I was talking about 2016 when I was interested in the hall for 2017 and she didnt bother to call me back! I called again and I asked receptionist if I can talk to someone else and she said no and I said Im very interested in ur hall but I dont get a call back? And she just said that she can leave a note but very rude that she hang up on me! All I wanted was to get a little bit of information about pricing and maybe renting the hall but they were very rude I will never considered to rent this hall after dealing with there bad customer service!

Good sound quality, but the "stage" is on the floor which means anyone in the orchestra beyond the first row has little to no chance of seeing the performer(s). I went for the Yuja Wang piano concert and the seats in the orchestra were too close together, the auditorium was hot, and I had virtually no view, even though I was on the left side in the 7th row, which are usually golden seats for a piano concert. Thankfully the music was exceptional.

It was nice to see Yuja live in concert. The drawback is that the acoustics in the auditorium arent too great. It was still an overall good experience.

Great small venue for performances. My favorite event is the annual Gem and Mineral show every April.
