This is a beautiful park located near downtown willow glen in San Jose, CA. This park offers little league baseball fields including more field space for football or soccer or whatever sport really. There are multiple areas for picnics and barbecuing. The park has a playground and restrooms as well. I had my baby shower here and it was unforgettable. From the huge willow and redwood trees to the lush grass and wide open space this is room for everyone and fun to be had.

This is a great neighborhood park, just avoid it over the weekends, when hordes of people flock there and make it their owen back yard. I live in a few blocks away and like to take my toddler to play there. In the past couple of weeks the two playgrounds are trashed with wraps, soda cans, ice-cream, and tons of trash. Though I believe no bouncers are allowed people bring them... It is a shame.

I love that it has a gated tot lot. It also has a great playground for older kids. It offers good shade during the summer and recently a mural was painted on the outside of the restrooms of a little girl playing hide and seek with animals. Its a great place for a picnic or to host/attend a childs birthday party. Ive participated in an Egg Hunt with a local Moms group.

I really loved this park ! Had my daughters first birthday here and I couldnt have picked a better spot. Very roomy for parties and the playground for kids is great ! Theres a separate area for the bigger kids which is always a plus. Would definitely host a party here again or just hang out to enjoy either basketball, tennis, or baseball !

Awesome Park has tons of things to do tennis, basketball, baseball courts and picnic areas with grills throughout the parks. In addition play area for the toddlers (gated) under 5 year, playground area for childens over 5 years, and a theater area. Very clean and homesome. 2nd best park to Rotoaty Park on Coleman. Beautiful tree covered park in the center of Willow Glen West! A popular place for Sunday picnic or taking your children to play on the playground equipment. There are also tennis courts, a bocce ball court and softball / baseball fields on which to play. In the summertime, there often are performances of Shakespearean plays in the park.

Very clean park, good for little kids and for older ones too. My kids like coming here to play with other kids. Restrooms need a little maintenance but are OK. There is areas to make BBQ. A lot of big trees that provide a lot of shade for hot days. Basketball courts, tennis and baseball. 2 playgrounds.

Definitely our favorite playground in the area. My 4 year old calls it "The Shady Park", so it is definitely a good place to go in the summer months. Park is huge and very well maintained. Playground is safe and has a really great area for younger kids.

I enjoy watching performances at the outdoor theatre during the summer. The bathrooms actually look nice with murals of animals. Theres tennis courts, a play structure, baseball fields and plenty of space for running around. Theres many spots for bqqs.

Nice park but weekends can get crazy. I live in the neighborhood and people from other areas pile in to bbq and hold private events. That is when I steer clear. Otherwise its safe, even at night, and with lots of open space.

This is a great park I came here as a kid all the time. There is lots of room for the kids to run around and have fun. Bring a blanket and youll have a nice time relaxing under a tree.

Pros: Very nice park lots of trees, grass two play grounds, Barbecue areas, basket bail courts, tennis courts and more. Cons: Limited parking and no night lighting on tennis courts.

Cant say Im tremendously well-versed in this park but I can say that it seems extremely popular with parents and kids - think kiddie birthday parties, families grilling food, etc.

Has an amphitheatre that has free theatre. Otherwise quite busy with the baseball picnics and basketball
