Since I am 8 months pregnant my husband and I decided to ask our son where he wanted to celebrate his birthday. Since we did not want to throw a party at our house. We wanted to avoid cleaning up. Our son chose the Trampoline Park and we decided to throw a small little party with our family and friends who had children. My experience was very enjoyable and stress free. The jump area had dodge ball which my son and his friends enjoyed very much. There was also an area for the little toddlers to jump in too which was nice and safe. Our party host handled everything and I pretty much just sat back and relax. The moment she saw us arrive she grab the bag which included goodie bags and decoration from me and said she will set these up in our room, she took the cake to put in the refrigerator and checked guest in. She had a cart waiting outside in the waiting area and set all the gifts on the cart as guest arrived to take to the room. Once it was time to take the children to jump she lined them up, gave them there stickers and socks and took them to the jump area. The kids really enjoyed the the one hour of jumping. After the jump time was over we all headed to our room to celebrate our son birthday with food, singing happy birthday, and opening gift. The only thing I would change in the package we purchase is instead of having 40mins of room time it would be nice to have the room for an hour. The reason I say this is because you are feeling rushed to eat, cut the cake and opening gift in 40mins. I think we should have a 15mins break after the jump time is over because your trying to gather all the children together, then they want to take bathroom breaks and setting them in the room takes some time. Other than that I had a wonderful experience. I felt that we were taken care of and it was kinda weird not doing nothing.

If booking your birthday party here RUN FOR THE HILLS. After spending a pretty penny for a premium package I received less than premium service. We paid for 10 kids to have pizza, "gourmet" cupcakes, dippin dots, unlimited water and soft drinks. When we first arrived we were directed to the waiting area and not a room that we were promised. While the kids jumped for an hour we all crammed into a small round table to wait until the room was ready. Not all of the trampoline areas were open in fact most were closed. While waiting we went to the concession counter to ask for water, given we paid for it and was advised it was unlimited. We were directed by the counter person that they do not provide the water or the soft drinks until you get into the room. Well the kids are thirsty and they want water. After a 5 minutes fuss he gave us water with 4 cups, which clearly isn’t enough to cover the 10 kids I paid for. Finally the room was ready, upon entering and sitting down they began to pass out the pizza. After the pizza was distributed to the kids they began passing out to the parents and our family. I ordered 3 extra pizzas at $15.00 each to feed the parents and our family. At that time our "hostess" informed us we had 25 minutes to eat the pizza, eat the cupcakes, dippin dots and open the presents. Can we at least eat the pizza first before opening presents, shoving the store bought "gourmet" cupcakes down our throats along with the dippin dots? And that unlimited soft drinks, no wonder its unlimited, you gave me enough time to take one sip before it was time to clear out. The entire time it felt as if we were just a number, get you in and get you out. Not at all worth the money.

The management is unbelievably IRRESPONSIBLE, RUDE AND CARELESS. On my last visit to this location in Riverside I had the terrible misfortune of experiencing the worst customer service and people skills I have ever seen. This woman has no idea what customer service is all about. My two-year-old got lost because she came over and distracted me while I was finishing putting his socks so we could go jumping. by the time she was done mumbling her fake explanation of why she couldnt help me with other issues previously experienced that had already made this experience a horrible one, I frantically looked for my son all over the place but time was running so fast and I could just picture my son getting hurt. I soon realized I needed help in finding him. I thought of running to the front desk and asking whoever was there for help. Maybe they could announce it over the speakers so that everybody would be alert to a missing child or maybe someone could help me by going outside to see if he got out. Lots of things were going through my mind in those split seconds it took me to run to the front desk. To my surprise I found the manager who initiated this incident, focused on the problem at hand I asked her for help. She was standing at front counter counting a few bills. I asked her to please help me because "my son just went missing" her reply was "wait a minute"

Will not be returning.Had to wait half an hour to get to register and they sent me to a computer to fill out waivers and wait another 30 min in line.Pretty pricy.Took my 12 year old daughter and my 10 and 6 year grandkids and charged them as adults.Saw the price board and it said "Three-Peat Pass" $33 3 one-hour pass and 3 candy bars. The cashier lied and wouldnt sell me the tickets she said that its only for one person when it clearly stated 3 passes.Charged me $25 per kid when it was a one hour pass.My 6 yr old grandkid jumped and while in the air was pulled by his collar by an employee and made him hit to side and he got a bruise on his neck and didnt jump anymore because her got hurt(so far jumped 10 min.$25 waisted)All the kids kept getting dodgeball a out of the court and threw them at my daughter and grandchilds face and nothing happened to those children.$3.50 for a bottled water!Doesnt deserve one star or -5 stars. My table was messy, employment was rude and 10 min before there time was up they were yelled at by staff that we had 1 min to leave.Ended up spending $94 on 3 one hour passes,4 waters and a tiny bag of popcorn thats as big as a small bag of chips($5 for the popcorn) Never go to this place its a disappointment and waist of money!

I would give 5 stars but the food quality and type of food offered is horrible, its fried everything, and they have those nasty white castle burgers. Nothing Gluten Free, So if your kid has Celiac Disease or Diabetic youre out of luck. No "healthy" or "semi-healthy" snacks either. You cant even bring your own food in. And what they have is way over priced. Plus if you want to have pizza, you have to get it delivered from Dominoes only and its $18 for 1 lrg 1 topping. That doesnt include drinks or anything. We went with a large group of kids and some kids couldnt eat what was on their lame menu. They do have dippin dots and Icees. Which sufficed some of the kiddoes until we were done jumping for 2 hrs and went some place else to eat. Other than the food issues, the place was clean, smelled clean, very organized with lots of staff and appears to be safe. The foam pit didnt smell like an armpit (which most other trampoline parks do). They do have a volley ball court but it was closed for the duration we were there, a few staff members stated that there wasnt enough staff for it to be open at that point in time. But other than those miniscule things the kids and adults alike had a great time.
