I have passed by this place for probably over a year now and always see how packed the parking lot is, didnt know if it was for the card room or the food. So we finally decided to try it out a couple weeks ago and were very impressed, cant think of any restaurant ive gone out of my way to tell people about or even take the time to write a review but this place deserves it 110%. Dining room is very nice and clean, the food was excellent...taste, portion, and price are perfect. They even know how to cook a steak medium rare and/or medium well as we ordered one of each. Their Clam Chowder is one of the best ive had, and very inexpensive...hope they can keep it at that price and you dont have to wait til friday they have it all week long and soups of the day. After our first experience a couple weeks ago we have been back 3 more times, took the kids once as well...not really a family style restaurant because of the elegant quiet atmosphere but if your kids are well behaved there shouldnt be an issue. If you havent tried this place yet your missing out!!! Even if your on a small budget you can get all dressed up, order soup & salad for about $6. I know if they keep their great clam chowder at such a great bargin ill be there 5 nights a week this winter.

My wife and I have not played poker in a long time so the opportunity came along where we had a night out alone. Trying to find a casino nearby we seen that this place had really great reviews and thought we try it out. I will say this along with the other reviews theyre 100 percent true!! We started off at the bar and we were assisted by Carmen who explained she was new but she was absolutely nice and took her time to explain to us the menu and the atmosphere plus sharing what food to eat. She also made really good drinks and didnt skim on the liquor

A friend and had diinner here. He had ribeye, I had the halibut. The steak was very good, the halibut very dry. He had clam chowder, I had broccolli, cheese. The complaint is the after leaving the restaurant, approximately 1 mile down the road we both had EXTREME diarrehea! I mean really, really bad. We went back to complain, and the manager said, "your complaint is unexceptable". He sould have at least comped us ya think. Very rude, and unprofessional. This happened on the evening of April 22th, 2010

Played poker and eventually walked out due to collusion being allowed at the table, excessive use of cell phones and phone calls taken at the table. Also was saddened by a group of players treating the female dealers with borderline sexual harassment. Ive played poker, and worked in card rooms and casinos alike, the behaviors allowed at this room would never have been welcome in any of those poker halls. Unfortunately will not be returning to this poker room.

The food here is great the service is great prices are moderate the Irish style chips are the best there fresh cooked potato chips with cheddar cheese sour cream green onions bacon smothered all over the top of them. The other item that we had was the Kung Pao with fried rice it was absolutely fabulous.

Great food. Seems overly staffed and sometimes not very attentive depending on your server. We visit for the food, which makes up for the sometimes non attentive wait staff. Happy Hour deals are great. Dont recommend ordering beer on tap. Usually a bit warm. All other drinks are great.

AWESOME food! Got the porkchop with creamed spinach and it was dee-lish-is ... the head chef is out of Sacramento and let me tell you, the owners here got a GREAT CHEF. The cornbread with apples and honey butter starter were fresh, moist and full of flavor. GREAT place for a small town.

Great food and comfortable atmosphere. Prices are very reasonable but service is sometimes a little slow. We usually go with friends so we dont mind the wait.

The food is excellent with many different drink items to choose from. Casino is alright not much action in different types of holdem games.

Cardroom is good. But last three times I had a drink, ate there I found a pubic hair in it. AND THAT AINT NO JOKE!!!!
