I highly recomment skipping this location whilst scouting out a wedding venue. My fiance and I were excited to view this venue as previous golf clubs we visited were spectacular not only in location but in customer service. However, from entry to exit, we were treated with utter disrespect and disdain. Both the retail associate working in the golf shop and the manager providing the tour decided we werent worth thier time before we even opened our mouths. To this day I am not sure what gave them this impression. We were nicely dressed and were very respectful of the upscale environment. The haughty manager rushed us through the ceremony/reception site, hardly stoping to answer questions. He then lead us to his office and stated he would not waste his time on the 2nd two packages as we couldnt afford them anyway. He failed to show us the Wedding Albums which were sitting out in clear view instead opting to randomy point out images popping up on his screen saver. His smiles were rare and forced and his lackluster attitude and poor customer service were unmistakable. Overall it was a very uncomfortable and depressing experience. Upon leaving the venue, I was so upset I didnt even want to look at the last venue we had booked for the day.

Wow. Not a guy to write bad reviews, but this was really bad. We got there yesterday and were expecting 4 guys...guys showed at various times...one very late. We ended up with 5...I paid for 3 and check with the starter who gave us keys etc. Third hole the marshal or some staff shows up and asks for receipts. OK...after a few minutes it turns out one guy thought I had paid for him...it was a mix up...a whole $25.00. So I tell the guy...sorry...a mistake and I gave him $30.00 cash. He starts screaming "Im not taking your money, you go back." Basically accusing us of smuggling a golfer onto the exclusive Westridge Resort. We all guys in our 40s to late 60s...not exactly thugs. So I told him forget it and we arent coming back and he said he didnt care. I told him he was way beyond rude and it was silly and degrading. Went back to the pro shop and the guy there apologized and we figured it all out. I wrote an email to Westridge..got no response so I figure they dont give a damn. So..we do thousands of dollars of business with them a year...a group of about 10 of us. Fine...other golf courses...nobody coming back. Have a good life.

For those who gave 5 stars probably a friend or employee or some sort related to the owner or people working there. There is NO WAY they have great staff, great food and whatever offers. I dont rate it just based on 1 or 2 visit. I used to be the member there and visited the course almost every weekday for 2 years. Condition is getting worse and worse everyday. Course is SO CROWDED that we have 4 groups cramp on the hole #2. Every time we approach the next tee box, there will be another group waiting to tee off. People playing there are poor players (which is not a problem) but they still insist play from the back tee. I used to cruise through with 4.5 hours round or 2-3 hours during morning time. NOW, good luck if you can finish with 6 hours. Food wise, I rather go Dennys, IHOP or even Mcdonald after 3 tries. FAIL. Give up the membership there and I joined other club better.

25APR2010; Unsatisfactory Experience based on: 1. Rude and uncourteous staff, from checking in & all the way to leaving. What ever happened to us being guests & customers. Its as though we were inconveniencing them by paying their salary! 2. No Ranger/Marshall to oversee process. It took us 3.7 hours to play the first 9 holes but their notes on carts stated that they enfore the 18 holes in 4.5 hours. Poor management. 3. You NEVER EVER whistle to your guests to get their attention, that Hispanic Cart Attendant ought to be counseled for inappropriate conduct to customers. ** I will NEVER EVER visit this esatblishment again & I reside with 1.5 miles from it. What a shame!

I tried to book a wedding ceremony at Westridge Golf Club, but no one replied to my emails nor return my phone calls after two attempts of each. Also called the Catering Mgr directly and they charge outrageous fees for an "average" venue. Their fees are $1700 for ceremony only plus 20% service fees and tax so it equates to approx $2200 for 3 hours. Will not consider this place, there are other good options like Fullerton Arboretum and LA Arboretum which are much less, even the Huntington Hyatt has better rates for wedding ceremony, and thats beach front!!

I went to play here over the holidays with my parents who flew in from Florida and had a 10:30am tee-time and did not tee off until after NOON! They decided to let some womens league 4somes trump the entire schedule. Whats worse is that when we finally did get on the course, it took 3+ hours to complete the front nine. Horrible customer service, completely unempathetic. Completely clueless as to how to run a proper golf facility. Made me feel like a A$$hole for asking when we were going to tee-off. Wish there was a way to give zero stars.

Yea I see all the negative comments and I know the feeling, it sux to leave a negative comment but someone have to say it or otherwise the issues (problems) will never be solved. This course USED to be nice up until 4-5 years ago or so, but new ownership took over and this place is now (last time I played was 3 years ago) PACKED with people with no golf etiquette. And not to mentioned, the LONG delays!! I stopped going there and now Im going to Inland county courses..

Course is not it used to be. They also pack on the players like never before. Suffered through a 3.5 hr front none recently - so they have us a return voucher. When we came back, they started a 3 some on the back right ahead of us, so there goes the round. Guess they no longer care because the course is going to be bulldozed for houses. Stay far away from this course.

Beware! made a reservation for 9:30, time was pushed back 40 minutes, due to cheating Koreans. So I had to cancel. They pushed their way in front of me saying they had a reservation and the club made a mistake. I found out later they always do that and the manager OKs it. Golf is a game of honesty and integerity, QUIT REWARDING CHEATERS!

Other reviews still hold true in terms of the course being oversold. We had tee times for 12:30, teed off at 1 and finished 9 holes at 4:05. Seems like the service comments because the staff is constantly dealing with upset customers due to being oversold. Too many other options to say Id come back here.

This used to be my go to course but the crowds and terrible service are just not worth dealing with. I joined Candlewood Country Club and will never look back because I can play 3.5 - 4 hour rounds without even having a tee time. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Westridge.

Played last Sunday with the wife; 3.5 hours to finish the front 9, the course is so packed and poorly managed we didnt have time to finsh the round after 4.5 hours and only being on the 12th hole. So sad that they dont care. We will never go back again!
