The location we visited was in Temecula, Ca. For some reason there is not a location tag for it though. The guy who worked at the front desk at the Temecula location had this really deep voice and was great. He was very accommodating and very helpful. Im not sure what I was expecting when I visited this escape room for a party, but for me it was lacking. It seemed like someone rented out 3 small office rooms, made one a reception area and then turned the other two small rooms into a little place to put a couple of riddles. The 1st room had a couple of different props but most things were written in marker on the wall and just a couple things hanging and it looked like I could have made it to be honest. The second room was a little better as far as actually looking like someone spent a little money trying to make this look like a legit business. At $30 per person they need to put some money into the design. #LocalGuides

I dont even know where to begin. The clues felt super random without rhyme or reason. One of them needed to be spoon-fed to us because literally we would never have been able to guess that. No cohesion and getting hints was hard on the walkie talkie as it wasnt super clear. Too many red herrings and I wouldnt have minded if the clues had been more concise. I did the hex room and that was my first escape room and felt it was well done and I felt like I could understand. Even though we didnt win at the Hex Room, I wanted to come back and do it again. Here at this place, I felt so lost and felt stupid. Some of the props or letters werent great quality we couldnt even make them out. Overall I felt super frustrated and angry at the end of it. I would not come back here, even to redo it.

I have done over 30 escape room and this company is by far my favorite. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed by a super friendly staff member, I think his name was Josh. They offer a huge lobby with lots of fun and games to warm up your mind before going in , I appreciated this as most escape rooms only have a small waiting area if you happen to arrive early. Josh explained everything in a simple but effective way that made us feel confident going in. We did the quest room and it was AWESOME. You can tell everything is very well thought out and put together. We then came back the next day and did the other two rooms, again amazing customer service and room design. Thanks Brainy Actz for being so Awesome! Cant wait to try out the other two locations.

This place was awesome. This was my first time doing an escape room. The location was easy to find. The staff were great in helping me and my family with understanding the concepts of escape rooms and giving us directions and clues along the way to make our experience above and beyond. They had some really cool games in the lobby and provided us with a lock station to help us familiarize ourselves with the locks that we would come across in the experiences. We participated in the Quest room and had a blast. It really is a magical room with cool technology throughout the expeience. My wife and I took our family here for a fun time out and it did not disappoint. I would highly recommend this place for anybody looking for a fun and unique time out!

The car themed escape room was just ok. Ive done many escape rooms, and this one had a lot of ambiguity to it. Warning, if the briefcase is locked, ignore it, its a decoy that wasted a lot of our time. The keypad with blinking lights was so ambiguous as to how to interact with it, and after much wasted time, we finally figured it out, but we still didnt know right away what we achieved by it. Also one of the clue slips of paper was in a ridiculous location.

We visited Brainy Actz this week while visiting family , this was my first escape room experience and I am hooked now! The girl who was working was super enthusiastic and explained everything in detail since it was our first time. The Pirate room definitely makes you think outside of the box, I liked it because it required our entire family to work together. I would highly suggest Brainy Actz as a family outing as we had a blast.

This was a blast! First time doing an escape room and I am glad that it was so close. We had a group of 4 today and escaped with 3 seconds to spare... lol. This was an after birthday gathering with a small group of friends from 7 years old to 40.... we all had fun so it is really for all ages. We did the car heist theme and it was challenging and fun... cant wait to come back and try the art themed one.

THE FUNNEST TIME IVE HAD WITH MY FAMILY IN A LONG TIME! The gentleman was so patient with us throughout our entire time, they had a nice game room to kill time as our group arrived. Was very affordable and worth the hour! PRO TIP: Use the Groupon or even go through them directly, they are always willing to honor the Groupon rate!

We had a small team of eight with both introverts and extroverts and we all had a blast. I must admit I was a bit intimidated when I was chained and shackled to the wall, but to put it in perspective we spent more time laughing and cutting up then we did even solving the puzzles. Cant wait to go back and try another room.

Had an amazing time with a group of friends and family! The experiences are a lot larger than most escape rooms Ive seen, so you dont feel crammed into a small space. A lot for everyone to do and cool trick stuff as well! Did the Car Heist, will be back to try the other rooms! Shout out to Josh for being a great host!

Our office group had a fantastic time here. The host was friendly and fun. Others who had done other rooms said this was one of the best. Warning this place is hard to find. Building numbers arent in order. Recommend finding using google maps to pinpoint location instead of give directions.

Top notch escape room setup. Our reservation was wrong (our fault) and the staff member was very cool and setup a room for us. The clock escape room was difficult , glad we were warned. The waiting area is cool too, puzzle games galore, you wont be disappointed if you get there early.

Awesome! 1st time there and the experience was incredible. I use this as a surprise date experience and it was just great. The staff are extremely friendly and the whole time maybe want to come back for more. Thank you for putting this event together. Its definitely a must experience

This was a really fun experience! I went with a group of 4 and we had a blast! Everything in the room ran smoothly, the challenges were creative and exciting, and James Moore was the best! It was a really chill, welcoming environment and I cant wait to try out the other rooms!

My family and I were looking for something fun and different to do while they were visiting, so we chose an escape room! Super fun! The room was great (Quest Room) I highly recommend, the staff is great with first timers like us! We will be back to try another room!
