Experience was awesome. Relaxed very romantic place for a couple to have a little getaway. The houses around the area was amazingly beautiful. The team at Gondola ride newport was very polite and was very professional at what they do. Besides the fact we almost got killed by another boat which was NOT own by gondola. There were these kids renting out the boat riding at god knows what miles, wasnt paying attention to what was ahead of them, they ran straight into us. Thank god we were ok. I thought our boat was going to flip. Thankfully our captain action was fast and got their attention. They not once apoligize. How rude!! Im still wondering how they got to rent their boat. But overall our ride was amazing. That crash sure made our experience even more exciting lol. I hope our captain reports them.

My husband and I did the Bridge to Bridge tour. We loved it. The tour is 1.5 hours long. You get great opportunities to take nice pictures. It goes under the Golden Gate Bridge and the Newport Beach, CA . The audio tour was informative and it enhanced the experience. Staff was amazing. They take a picture of your party before boarding. Just a suggestion--- try to use your own earphones because the ones provided are a 90s generic headset that slips.

We enjoyed a mid-day relaxing ride through the small canals of Lido and Newport, viewing the homes interesting and uniquely blended architecture. It was a peacefully and relaxing hour to get away from the hustle of the area. You really forget where you are. So enjoyable and it a ride to do any day of the year. If it is a special occasion you plan to celebrate or you just want to make any day memorable , this will to the trick.

Amazing very romantic evening, the guy even sang in Italian for us! Bread cheese salami as well as sparkling cider was provided, the scenery was amazing would definitely recommend. I accidentally forgot to tip I feel horrible was not even thinking! If you guys are reading this review Im soooooo sorry!! It had nothing to do with the service I was simply being an air head!

Great experience with the Gondola Co. Of Newport., Parker our gondolier was very polite and courteous. The sunset was a true sight to see on the water. I would just recommend that someone in the office should be there at all times to answer the phone but they do respond to you within a few hours. Overall great wonderful ride highly recommended.

This place is beyond amazing! Me and my girlfriend went here for Valentines Day, and the gondola ride at sunset was perfect. And our gondolier was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Also there is a French restaurant that just recently opened up close by that is extremely good.

The night couldnt have been more romantic, our gondolier was fantastic. He new all the romantic canals and a few bridges to linger under,but not for to long! Ill be telling all my friends about the great service thats right here in town. Ted and Judy.

Found a groupon a while back and it was fantastic. Wife loved the surprise. I wouldnt hesitate to pay full price for the ride as it was amazing. The evening we went it was the perfect temperature and all the canals were beautiful. Great job!
