This place is awesome for us serous fush breeders and honest stores. They have a wonderful selection if genetics I have ever seen. They are so helpful and kind and you can see they do this for the live if fish not just as a business of buying for a dollar and selling for three dollars. Thier entire staff and management is great. For me I desk with a highly intelligent man named Bruce who just slaves away there all day and then still somehow managesd to call me uo and remind me that I was suppose to place an order. U usually drop the fush in my hand run into my store and look for a list I must have dodked in a napkin some were. He just didnt says OK well what do you have in your thanks now we start there. I turn around and go um fish. Because I gave so nanny orivate breeder if crazy fush no one hg as R vet heard if in my area. So t hg en I go OK I need more blue in my store more neons akways. And then we go from there. No other place would help out the small guy like that. And then there is Karen shes got wings and a hallo. Bless her heart and her patience because without her I would have pissed off a lot of fish and bought ten filters for one tank. Karen is my hard scape and dry goods aquatech facilitator. She knows everything from pumps,lights,filters,reactors,tanks, heaters,cleaning tools, pipes fittings and hoses,as well as being a wonderful bio-stabilization-aquatics-ecosystems and machanical filtration specialest. When I get transfers over to her I gave an idea if what I trying to accomplish it my client is but I no idea brands and names and a 412 fluvsl compared to a life guard 1265. I like um do thise numbers mean something. She kindly looks it uo in the book takes the time to explain it and read it to me as for I am probably standing in someones pond staring at pro ahead of me. We come up with an idea and pick something when all at once she says but you know tr5 y66 UI I remember seeing that a while ago and I think it will do you good as I hear her mountain climbing over boxes then say awe ha yup this is it Ill out it in your irder. Then she says okbwhatx your store need. I laugh and stay well food Nova away prima fix mella fix and can you pick the rest. She always does. Ill say thanks gang uo the phone and get back to work when an hour latter I go oh crap the other job need things to. franticly call karen as she is leaving for the day and say crap Ii am sorry but a few more tginf @do fix away as Im sure yy6
