BAD King Aquarium: I came couples to King Aquarium times, its nice place. BUT They used tab water. King Aquarium 1: price is expensive; twice as Pets mart. King Aquarium 2: you can not return the fish once your out of their door. King Aquarium 3: MANAGER always blame on your fault on anything they think to try if you take the fish to them. King Aquarium: Can not Exchange. King Aquarium: They did not care about customer & not customer services. King Aquarium: Do not buy anything from this Vietnamese store anymore & Vietnamese employees King Aquarium: only 2 Mexican employee answers the customer questions. ONCE AGAIN: Dont waste your time and regret later of King Aquarium Vietnamese store. GOOD Pet Smar:t: you can return them as anytime even the fish die ;within 14 days. & High quality fishes & Al ot Animals Pet Smar:t: Customer service employee always stay with you all the times. Pet Smar:t: nothing I cannot pull bad about them.

I would love to give them a zero star! I picked up a Fugu puffer a few weeks ago and me being new to this they didnt tell me that he was SUPER MEAN!!! So I took him back the next day after he tore up all my fish and they only gave me half of what i paid for him back and at that it was only store credit. So i got a ghost knife fish and i swore i would never spend another penny there and now my tank is covered in ick that i have been trying to get rid of for 2 weeks now!!! Today i went there to look for live rock because I also have a salt tank and havent found any good size rock and someone told me to go look at theirs. Im walking around today almost EVERY AND I MEAN EVERY tank had at least one dead fish or sick fish in it. All their tanks that HAD fish in it were well over crowded they had about 20 puffers in about a 5 gallon tank my god please dont go here i really hope these people go out of business or someone shuts them down !!!

Really not that bad. People have to realize that live stock isnt guaranteed. They do test your water for free allowing you to make any changes before you add fish. Ive bought all my chiclids there and some others. Only a few died, but it happends. The staff always helps with any questions I have. And as well as price goes... any speciality store will have higher prices because they specialize in that one area and have no other income like Petco or any other store.

ill give it a 3 star because the place looked decent but the prices were too high and also the workers and pretty much deaf I asked the guy to bag me the Koran angelfish and he said ok then this other family walks in the store and also asks for the Koran but there was only 1 but I called for it first but he gave it to them I was mad so I settle for a healthy but over priced yellow tang honestly they should pay more attention when it comes to fish

Weve shopped at King Aquarium for 8 years since we set up our first tank in the US and they have always been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable with us. You cant help but love people whose business is also their hobby. Things cost a little more than at big chain stores, but its worth supporting a hometown business. Their well-kept display tanks are a pleasure, too.

I wanted to buy 2 venustus and the guy netted 2 small and bad looking ones so I asked him to net another 2 bigger and better looking ones and the guy looked at me like I asked for something I should not have. That was the last time I bought anything there, not to mention their items are all over-priced by a long shot.

Prices range from fair to a little high, selection is decent and the tanks are clean. The big star loser is the fact that they stock painted or dyed fish. These fish should not be carried anywhere and it is the responsibility of stores and consumers alike to kill off their trade. For that they lose two stars.

DO NOT GO! Wow talk about being ignored and overall worst customer experience ever when the clerk doesnt even pay attention to you when your ready to pay. My guy at T&T Aquarium was closed so I had no choice but to come here. Should have waited til tomorrow.

Wow, one of the best aquarium shops. This is cheaper than Neptune and has better collection of freshwater fishes. Ocean section left somethings to be desired. Neptune scores high for better saltwater section, better equipment sale and customer service.

Has different variety of fish but looks like they have falling off with tank cleaning used to be really clean dont know what happen but I like this place hope they get some good tank cleaners for all who love this place dont want to drive to Dublin

If there was 3.5 stars Id give it that. Their freshwater selection is quite good and they even have some monster fishes and fish you dont see elsewhere. The issue is their prices and general uncleanliness of the store and tanks when I was there.

Very cool and knowledgeable staff. Plenty of fishes to see and buy. Off of a busy street, but ample amounts of parking at the actual store. Would definitely return here for more aquarium needs

Great selection of fish here. All the tropical fish weve gotten here have been healthy. Theyre well priced. However, the staff could be a bit more knowledgeable.
