Somewhat cheap, great selection. Great store, great owner. Has potential as a great fish store but their focus mainly lies in freshwater. Their saltwater tanks are ridiculously overpriced and need maintenance. They offer monthly subscriptions for amazing coupons and a chance to win a $100 in store credit each month. So youre bound to win sooner or later. They have amazing equipment and tanks for sale. Their staff are very knowledgeable and will point you to the right direction. Their freshwater inverts, plants, and fish are what I believe are the hit of the store. Their saltwater, as ive mentioned before has high prices (most and not ALL) overall is dirty and can use some scrubbing. Their corals are just everywhere and weirdly priced. They dont have a great policy for saltwater tanks either. Their saltwater display tank is crazy amazing, makes me wonder why not a lot of effort is put in their saltwater tanks. Overall, great place to visit.

Even though this fish store is quite a distance from our house, it is the only place we will go to buy fish and fish supplies. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping you figure out what will work for your tank. In the past when we have gotten fish from other places they have not lasted long and we were almost at a point of throwing our tank away because it made us so sad to see our fish die! After speaking to the people here and buying fish from them, we are happy to report that our tank is alive and well with some fish that are now almost four years old :)

This is the best fish store left in Seattle. They have an orphanage tank and will only charge you 25 cent for the bag if you choose to adopt. They have both fresh and saltwater fish. The only reason why I didnt give 5 star is because most of their stock are smaller fish and Im an Arowana, Flowerhorn, Bichir keeper and hope they would sell more predatory freshwater fish. I did buy my Fahaka Puffer fish from them though. He was still a baby at 2" he is about 5" now. Check here first before buying at Little Amazon.

This is literally the best most knowlegdable people ever. They take the time to help you and they even fixed 3 of my filters that have been sitting in my garage for a year for free. They have quite a large selection of fish and had chili rasporas which my local pet shops dont have. They stay open late which is awesome for working folk like me who have no lives. Seriously the best store and the nicest people!

I love this place. Been coming to this store for about 10 years (back when they were in the brightly coloured location.) They had my loyalty the day I saw an employee refuse to sell a fancy goldfish to a person who wanted to keep it in a bowl and who kept protesting "its just a fish!" They definitely care about the welfare of their animals, and its nice to see that prioritized over profit.

I buy most of my saltwater/reef supplies and livestock here. They have a good selection of healthy creatures and I have not had any issues with survival once theyre in my home tank (which unfortunately has not been the case with other fish stores in the area). Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help out.

I LOVE this place!!!! I can not say enough great things about the staff and selection. This is truly a local place that provides everything from common to exotic fish. Be patient when you go because it does get busy at times, but I promise they will really focus on your needs and the fish tank dreams you have!

Thank you for recommending I get an Assassin Snail instead of using harsh chemicals to kill invaders in my small planted tank. There was upwards of 1000 snails in my tank in January! Now there is only one; my assassin snail who we have named Bob Bundy. The tank floor is eerily littered in shells. Cheers

This is an outstanding fish store. They helped bring back my nearly dead beta, and were very knowledgeable, patient about answering my questions, and didnt try to sell me unnecessary stuff. They are a bit of a drive for me, but for any fish questions, I will definitely be back.

This is a great fish store. I wish they stayed open later on the weekends. I have wanted to go there several times on the weekends only to realize theyre already closed. The fish are healthy. Ive never had problems with fish dying right away or bringing sickness to my tank.
