This place is so bad it makes me want to move out of the Valley.. Ive owned hookas for a few years and have never had a bowl so bad that it gave me headache within 15 minutes of smoking.. this hookah bowl be purchased, which was $39 on top of the $10 cover per person, was "watermelon" flavored and lost all flavor, tasted like soap, and gave me a headache which made me wish I never even came tonight. I have nothing against this establishment, management, or employees on any personal level.. but the hookah smoking experience is so bad that is 100% warrants this review.. if you dont believe me about this go ahead and try it yourself, or if you trust my warning then search any other hookah place in fresno since I dont want to favor another place. But Ive had better experiences elsewhere no doubt. Sorry ghalebs, the first time I came here the hookah was decent but I also wasnt very experienced with hookahs so I didnt mind.. now that Ive smoked amazing glass hookahs that keep flavor after 40+ minutes I have no doubt I will never return here.

Went on a Saturday and had about 5 girls with us. First, they tried to charge all of us $10 to get in. Which I confirmed with their promoter earlier in the day that it was free before 11. On top of that their Facebook even says its free before 11 on that day and their DJ even mentioned it. So I was already annoyed that they tried to charge us but of course after I told them I knew it was free they let us in. Second, you cant smoke hookah inside the building and you cant take your alcoholic beverages outside while your smoking. Third, their bartenders arent real bartenders. They tried to make me a Long Island but they put coke, sweet and sour and something from a pitcher which they stated was alcohol which already made me feel uncomfortable drinking from. Also if you get their beer from tap its warm. They dont turn the AC on only fans inside. I do not recommend.

Great service! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Love it. The lady at the front desk was really nice. :) 5 stars to the service provided. But, the DJ kept cheating and giving away the contest hookahs to random "hot" girls instead of to the people with tickets waiting to win. It wasnt very fair. That DJ needs to go or start playing fair.

After the new management for this place and the new owners this place is poppin always and they are really great people and have great staff and so friendly i really recommend it for anyone to go and enjoy there time !!! Best place in fresno

Place is called Pleasure hookah lounge now. Amazing place to party for the 18+ crowd. Knocked 2 stars off because the lady at the counter has no customer service skills at all. Very rude
