Once in a great while, Disneyland park will open up Sleeping Beautys Castle so you can walk through it! Youll start at the door on one side of the castle, climb up and checkout the rooms and displays, then climb back to (stairs) to the other side of the castle. All the while, people in the park have no idea theyre walking underneath you when they pass through the castle entrance. One other thing to check out in this area: there is a round brass pin in the concrete below the castle - that marks the original center of Disneyland park - before the addition of Toontown.

A lot of people dont realize that this is an attraction, and its such a shame. A really fun walk through of elaborate dioramas telling the entire story of Sleeping Beauty. Cant take all the stairs then go spend a few minutes in the accessibility room, a very cozy little room, with a video presentation and a little display of medieval nick knacks.

I went there in July, such a wonderful place! I could NOT STOP riding Space Mountain and the other rides. The fireworks were beautiful (and so were the photos!) The food was DELICIOUS, which is unexpected for big places like that. All in all, a wonderful experience! Would definitely go again soon, if I had the money. (Hint hint Disneyland?!)

So many photo opportunities! At night it is stunning from any angle. The forced perspective does a great job of tricking your eyes to believe its much larger. Dont forget to go up the stairs to see sleeping beauty there is some really state of the art animation.

This is the more recognized-able building in the park. You can enter the castle through the side door and walk into small coves to read the story of Sleeping Beauty. This space is small and can be difficult to enjoy the displays when its crowded.

A beautiful castle, we didnt get the chance to go inside but it was beautifully lit from the outside in the evening, and at 9:30pm they did a little light show with it when they couldnt do the fireworks, which my niece absolutely loved.

Fantasy Land is a Disneyland dont miss the rides are fun the shopes beautiful and the architecture of all the buildings is beautiful makes you think that your in a cute little village up in the european north the whole place is adorable

I never really knew the significance of the castle until I looked at it in detail and realized, "Wow, this is such an iconic building." If you happen to be crossing through the castle, I recommend taking a few pictures haha

the original and the best of all the castles. this one also has a sleeping beauty walkthrough attraction which is fun and upgraded on recent years. if you want a photo of the castle its best to take off to the side

One of my favorite spots. Following 9/11 it was shuttered as a "security risk" and became a sort of storage space. Thankfully, Disneyland re-opened it with numerous pluses.
