We stayed for 5 nights in a 34’ travel trailer in a premium back-in site. Our sole reason in staying at this RV resort was the close proximity to Disneyland. The Good: The sites are all clean, have a bit of room between them and have lots of vegetation around them. At this park you don’t feel like you are simply in a parking lot. We were close to Disneyland and able to stay here in the comfort of our RV for a fraction of the cost of a hotel room. The pool was perfect for our Disneyland downtime. Our kids loved being able to ride their bikes around the resort. The Bad: Our site was nearly impossible to back into. My husband has been driving with trailers for the last 20 years and he even had issues getting into this site. If you don’t have a lot of experience with backing in trailers only get a pull through site! I had a bad experience with a front desk gal. I had headed back to the camper from being at Disneyland with my 4 year old. However after waiting for 45 minutes for the shuttle and having a 20 minute shuttle ride I realized I had left the camper keys with my husband because I didn’t want to lose them on the rides. So now I have a hot, starving past nap time 4 year old that was near melt down stage and I have to ride the shuttle back to Disneyland to get the keys. So I went to the front desk gal and asked if there was any way I could get one of the free muffins for my kido and explained the situation to her. Her reply was, “well no we only provide muffins until 10am!”. I lost it at this point and told her fine I thought they may be able to help a guest out, but I guess not! Her reply was, “well if you would have let me finish my thought I would have told you I will let you have a muffin but just so you know it’s a HUGE courtesy gesture on our behalf as like I said we only provide the muffins untils 10AM.” Then she reached under the desk and grabbed a muffin. Are you serious? To me this was a huge slap in the face and NOT good or even acceptable customer service. The showers/bathrooms are DISGUSTING. The grout between the tiles is black with grime. There was hair caked on the drain, there was hair all over the floors and to top it off there was a HUGE cockroach that landed on my foot in the shower. The pictures shown on their website is not representative of how the resort actually looks. The washing machines and dryers are old and disgusting. On two separate occasions we heard people getting into huge screaming yelling fights in the adjacent mobile home park and on another night we heard a huge fight in the street and a car screech away loudly. The shuttle to Disneyland is a joke. I have taken others that local hotels offer and this is by far the worst. You will wait anywhere from 20-45 minutes for a shuttle depending on who is driving and if they are on their lunch break or not. We were located right next to a walkway and people coming in at all hours from Disneyland had no respect and were super loud waking us up each night. Overall I would stay here again but only out of necessity. There are only two RV places near Disneyland and from what I hear this is the better of the two. I think they know that RVers have no other choice so they will only do the bare minimum to get people into the resort.

We stayed at Anaheim RV Park for 4 nights while visiting Disneyland. We are brand new RV owners, and this was our very first trip in our 22 travel trailer. Upon arrival, the staff at the park was very friendly and welcoming. They were eager to oblige requests from us (my daughter asked for a pin or a pen, and was happily given both!) and other guests in the office. We were quickly assigned a site and given a folder loaded with information about the park and the surrounding area. The park offers complimentary muffins (which our kids loved!), coffee, tea and newspapers to guests every morning. There is a small retail area in the office that sold a few essentials and novelty items, and I believe there is also a meeting room. The park offers Wi-Fi; 750 kbps is free and 5 mbps is available for a daily fee. We did register for the free Wi-Fi, but wound up using our mobile data most of the time since our Wi-Fi connection wasnt great from our location (we had a great 4G signal from Verizon). Our standard back-in site was clean and level and was shaded by a large, beautiful tree. We had a picnic table, electric, water, cable and sewer at the back of the site, and plenty of room for our slide out. We had a bit of trouble getting our cable connected (it was our issue, not theirs), and the gentleman who maintains the park was at our site to help before I could even walk back from the office! Our site (525) was adjacent to the dumpster, but it was never a problem - we even had a great view of Disneys fireworks right from our trailer! The park is extremely clean and quiet, and there were plenty of well-maintained restrooms throughout the property. The bathrooms in building 300 appeared to be newly renovated. They were private (shower, toilet and sink in a single, locked, code-accessible room) and were large with updated tile work. There was even a soap dispenser in the shower! There is also a nice, gated pool and a small grassy dog park, complete with pick-up bags, that we did not use, but did walk by. The park is a 5 minute drive to Disneyland, and the Anaheim Resort Transit also picks up just outside the park office for those that choose not to drive. There is a nice Walmart Neighborhood Market about half a mile away, too. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and a fantastic introduction to camping - we highly recommend Anaheim RV Park, and will definitely return! Nancy Carney & Family Las Vegas, NV

Anaheim Resort is a First Class RV Park – Rated Six (6) “Stars” Recently we completed a 5,000 miles trip from Illinois, over six weeks with a sniff of the Pacific Ocean, along the Pacific Coast Highway and a suggestion from my wife that a trip to Disneyland in Anaheim was in order. “Of course a trip to southern California would not be complete without a stop at Disneyland (what a wonderful Disney day – what memories)”. No Problem. Only item to complete is to locate an RV Park. After running through the Internet, up comes Anaheim Resort RV Park as the closest RV Park to Disneyland. A quick call to the Resort RV Park and talking to Suzy from the Front Desk, Suzy made our reservation so easy and friendly. Suzy provided all of the information needed to head straight to the resort from our southern California location. After arriving, Suzy completed the quick check-in, provided us with all of the necessary information that we would need to make our Disneyland experience a pleasure, as well as providing many local brochures of the local events to also visit. The Anaheim Resort Transit (ART) runs from the Anaheim Resort to the Disneyland® Resort entrance, running every 20 minutes and picks you up and drops you of across from the Anaheim Resort RV Park office. The Anaheim Resort RV Park office and front desk is so clean and immaculate, plus all of the little amenities that they provide make you feel warm and welcome. RV set up at Anaheim Resort RV Park takes about five to ten minutes (30 / 50 AMP service, city water, setting the levelers, cable, wireless, etc.), because all of the locations are paved and flat, with a nice clean picnic table with benches. From the office the cleanliest spills over in to the Resort RV Park, which is so clean, well maintained and run. Plus the Bathroom and Showers are Clean and I mean Clean, which were used by our entire family during our stay. If you heading to Anaheim for a visit to all of the greater local Anaheim events, you must make a reservation and stay at the Anaheim Resort RV Park. You will also rate this RV Park as a Six Star Resort. We will be Back !!!!! Richard Korzun (Reservation #2429773) South Barrington, Illinois 60010 Winnebago Via 25T
