Nightmare!! we had 2 spaces booked since we had a 5th wheel and pickup and disconnected from the truck from our trailer and parked our truck in our second space. we left for the day in our truck and went to Disneyland and when we arrived back at the park at 10pm we found someone elses RV parked in our trucks space! since the park was booked solid we had no where to park our truck for the night and the owners of the RV in our space didnt respond no matter how hard we knocked. we finally got them to come to the door at 3AM and it turns out they didnt even have a space reserved in the park at all and were just parking where they pleased. after 30 more minutes of arguing with the freeloader in our space he finally said he would move and started unhooking his rig from all the connections. at 4 am I got to park my truck and get some sleep. to make matters worse, all Anaheim harbor employees leave at 5pm so there was no one there to help us deal with this. the only after hours number to be found was pointed out to me the next morning by the snotty red headed girl who runs the office and it was on the side of the building facing a grassy area on an unlit side of the building instead of on the door under the lights where it belonged. it also said "utilities emergencies call", this problem had nothing to do with utilities so it hardly made since that this would be the correct number. after listening to this totally disinterested girl explain to me that this whole incident was basically my own fault while rolling her eyes, I just loaded my stuff and drove home exhausted . this park is basically a black top parking lot with no grass, tables , or any extra room between RVs.more than 2 people staying in your RV? extra charge for that! if you are considering Anaheim harbor , KEEP LOOKING , you can do way better!

The manager, Christy, is the most rude and cruel one ever Ive experienced with, and she doesnt have any sense of compassion or any sense of understanding on something comes to an issue. She would give you a cold shoulder at you even if you lose your arm on that park. I hope that someday karma will get her really good. I would NOT recommend this park for any family to stay there because it is not safe for any kids to run around with those old creepies and drug junkies. I actually witnessed a bunches of cops showed up and did a deep search. I saw a cop pulled a lot of bags out of storage from beside of RV. I was amazed how aggressive cops were when they searched throughout that RV. I had two dogs and walked them out. I already got a few old creepies threatened me out of blue to kill my dogs, just because they ran into them & got excited to see new people. My dogs are PUGS. I always felt so uncomfortable to get my own dogs into that area all the time after that incident. And I wouldnt even swim in the swimming pool because it is disgusting and dirty. Their shower room is even worse. I still felt dirty after shower! Because it is not properly cleaned and no vent to keep it dry inside. It is pretty bad for me to say that because its already hot enough and no vent. It doesnt make any sense because moist and mold are best friend, though. Again, I LOATHE this place for the rest of my life, period. I am 27 years old and world-class traveler. I will NOT recommend this place to ANY one. I recommend to stay at Disney RV Resort, instead.

My two complaints: The office hours are 8am to 9pm. No problem unless you need to use the restroom and you arrive to the park after 9pm. Come to find out the bathrooms use a key that require a $5 deposit. We stayed two nights and were NEVER at the trailer park between 8am and 9pm. Why? We were at Disneyland. So we never got a key. Not too much of an issue for me or my son; big issue for my teenage daughter. Luckily, the first night a family next to us let us use their key. Second night, rude woman would not open the door for my daughter as she nicely asked through the window. I guess I didnt help by banging on the door telling the woman she had no common sense. Second, to get my AAA discount, I had to physically show them your card. And why couldnt I show them my card? I was at Disneyland with my kids. They wouldnt take the number over the phone, they had to see my card. DOOR LOCKS WITH CODES! Thats what many other places use. Invest in your ONE small restroom area. If you want guests to physically show you their AAA card, then you need to extend your office hours. When Disneyland opens at 8am, guests leave before 7:30am to get there. Try opening at 7am to accommodate them. Why did we go to Anaheim Harbor RV Park? Because Anaheim RV Village is under renovation. When it opens, we will be there! Its a much nicer park. Weve arrive around midnight and there is an employee there to escort us to our site, even to help us back up. Ive learned my lesson and will NEVER go to Anaheim Harbor RV Park again!

DONT NOT STAY HERE!!! I stayed to this park and I regret it... The staff was very rude With an attitude and RACIST... The park was very dirty there was Homeless people all around the park walking around and no one would say anything to them they were going into the showers and I let the manager know and she didnt do anything about it The first day I arrived I told her that the bathroom did not have any hand soap and she had a major attitude and told me that she would do it now well she didnt two days later they refilled it The showers and bathrooms were very dirty!!! My husband went in the bathroom one day and noticed two men washing their dirty feet inside the sink instead of using the shower it was so disgusting!! They act really strict but theyre not when it comes down to the important stuff like people coming off the streets to use the facilities and bother all the people in the park asking them for money? The only good thing about this park was the firework show and thats about it? I do not recommend this park whatsoever especially if you have a family (children) Because its disgusting I was afraid for my kids to walk around because of the homeless people very bad and there was no speed limit so people were driving really fast up-and-down even at night really late I repeat do not stay here

It is time for the owner to hire some approriate managers and staff to provide customer service and maintain this park. People are recommended to go elsewhere due to the problems within the park like the photos show with flames shooting out of the back of a trailer where gasoline is kept also in 5 gal containers, next to a vinyl canopy. The sites mentioned were in incorrect. Correct site #s are 170 & 169 Some residents have been allowed to use there power equipment and open flame welders to work within 1 1/2 ft from a tent canopy siding with gas tanks located nearby also. On issues about this hazardous issue regarding the neighbors arc welding around sites 189 and 190 or a motocyclist riding their heavy bike down the roads late at night without lights or motor running, i have been told they cant do anything about it, contact the police or fire departments. Again the motor bike rider came in last night with no lights and engine running at good speed rolling thru the drive area to #168. Quite a dangerous issue to be dealt with, yet being ignored by management. How would you rate a park with such concerns??? They are failing miserably. If this was my property, I would consider cleaning house, starting with the management and staff. Many unemployed qualified managers are out looking for work in this area.
